- NOUVELLE PROPRIÉTÉ - Cette maison a eu des critiques incroyables sous le propriétaire précédent. Je viens de lui acheter la maison et j'ai commencé l'inscription. J'escompte la première année, c'est ce que je fais toujours avec les maisons neuves que j'achète.

Ma femme et moi possédons de nombreuses maisons dans la région en tant que locations de vacances. Maisons de 6 chambres, 7 chambres. Juste en face de la plage avec des équipements incroyables. De tous les foyers, celui-ci est de loin mon préféré. Cette cour est la meilleure cour de toutes les maisons de la région. À seulement deux pâtés de maisons de la plage, il a une immense piscine, un jacuzzi, une pelouse, une terrasse extérieure et tout ce dont vous avez besoin. C'est un paradis de luxe incroyable.

Profitez de jouer au ping-pong ou au baby-foot à l'extérieur, sauter dans le bain à remous ou nager dans l'immense piscine chauffée. La plupart des piscines de la région font moins de la moitié de celle-ci! Ils sont comme des piscines à Vegas. Il s'agit d'une piscine pleine grandeur pour toute la famille ou les familles.

La maison est un mélange parfait de luxe et de sensation de plage. Il dispose de six chambres et de quatre salles de bain et d'une superbe cuisine et d'un salon. Trois portes moustiquaires séparées mènent à l'arrière-cour.

Il y a cinq chambres séparées queen et king et une chambre avec lits superposés avec quatre lits doubles. Il peut accueillir 18 personnes confortablement.

Vous devriez voir le livre de commentaires pour cette maison! Tout le monde, et je veux dire tout le monde, qui vient ici ne tarit pas d'éloges sur la cour et aime la tranquillité, la taille et la beauté de l'arrière-cour. Cette maison est absolument incroyable.

The house was so very nice. It was very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and all the utensils you would ever need. Plenty of linens along with lots of pool towels. The beds were very comfortable as well. The house was very clean and really spacious. The outdoor living space was awesome! The pool was crystal clear and large! We all loved it. The location is great. Close to everything and the beautiful beaches! I would highly recommend renting a golf cart for ease of getting around! Our host was very responsive to any questions we had. He reached out to us a couple of times to ensure we were doing OK. This was one of the nicest homes we have ever stayed at and we travel quite a bit with adults and children. We would definitely stay here again if we're ever in Destin.

We had two families with kids, plus other adults, place was perfect. Plenty of parking, heated pool was perfect. Beach less than 10minutes of walking with kids. Faster if you were walking by yourself obviously. Place feels pretty secluded. Dead end street made parking great. Communication with host was great, never had any problems or things we disliked. If/When we go back hopefully this house will be available.

The backyard, location and single level setup are amazing at this property. It’s also amazing to rent the golf carts from the owner at the discounted price. However, I don’t think the floors have been cleaned properly in a very long time because after just walking through one room, your feet will be covered in dirt. The furniture also needs an upgrade. We stayed here 2 years ago and the same furniture, tv’s (don’t connect to devices in bedrooms), rugs, everything are still there. We love the location, the fact it’s single story and the backyard. I wouldn’t pay the summer time prices but for the off season price, we deal with the subpar cleanliness and poor condition of the furniture. If you have a lot of people, bring some good coolers to keep drinks cold, the fridge doesn’t do well with a lot of people.

We loved all the amenities the property had and our overall stay was great however, I would say the property is a little outdated. There is a lot of things around the house that were in desperate need of repair or upgrading and almost impossible to figure out how to work the TV lol because there was like 10 remotes so for the price we paid to stay there a week I would’ve expected it to be in better condition.

Family of 13 LOVED the house!! From 4 years old to 81 yr old this house was perfect! One level living with no stairs to the heated pool, pool table and football game on outside tv while in the hot tub…. All ages were happy! We even watched Christmas movies out by the fire pit!

Everything was absolutely amazing, best outlay of a vacation home no worries about little ones falling down steps, very roomy, so many things for kids to enjoy. Golf cart is a must we didn't even have to switch out the car seats from golf carts to cars back anf forth because we took the golf cart to the restaurants so much fun, grandkids loved the huge theater screen for all of the movies!!!!

Sweet Miramar Beach Neighborhood House

Awesome house with 5 King bedrooms and large bunk room. Amazing pool, hot tub, fire pit and bar. Rental cart was invaluable!Thoroughly enjoyed stay. Everyone wants to do it again next year!

Fun Family Vacation

The house was very roomy and a great place for our family to enjoy vacation. We especially loved the outdoor area. We spent many afternoons and evenings at the pool and played ping pong, pool and cornhole. Having a high chair and a pack n play for our granddaughter was also very accommodating. Beach chairs, beach towels and toys were also greatly appreciated!

Amazing House & Location

This house and the location were great for our crew! Ranging from age 50 to 12. Everyone loved the backyard area. The pool, hot tub, tiki bar with grill and tv, pool table and ping pong table were a hit. Very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The kids loved having golf carts to get around. Definitely recommend this property!
