Situé à quelques pas des belles eaux bleues et des plages de sable sucrées d'Orange Beach, AL. Cette NOUVELLE maison de plage (construite à l'été 2019) peut accueillir 8 personnes et vous invite, vous et votre chien, à voyager ensemble. Et oui, les Big Dogs sont les bienvenus! Il y a même de la place pour garer 3 véhicules. Pas de procédure d'enregistrement pour gérer ou faire la queue. Vous ne serez pas déçu ni ne trouverez ce niveau de luxe nulle part pour ce prix!

We love the location - they have beach chair set ups and beach not ever crowded due to lower capacity in these rentals . Has a pool and nice walkway to the beach. We really love that our fur baby is also welcome !

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! The place was super clean, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. It’s in a great location, just a short walk to the beach, which made everything super convenient. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend — we would absolutely stay here again!

This rental had everything that we needed for our trip. Rooms were huge and clean. There are 2 sets of stairs (up to the front door and up to the sleeping quarters). I would like to point out that this particular unit is the first house off Perdido Beach Blvd, which is the main street in orange beach with non-stop traffic going at 45mph at all hours of the day, which interrupted our sleep at night. But I will admit this was our mistake to not research about the area prior to booking.

Great get away

We had a wonderful time and were able to enjoy the beach and have our pups with us. It is a great location and easy to get around. This is our 2nd time staying here and will be back again!

Clean. Great location. Pet friendly. We enjoyed our stay. Furnishings were nice and the bed was perfect. Parking beneath the house was great. Pool access and beach access was a short walk. Will stay here again on future trips.

Adorable Beach Home - They thought of everything!

This house is adorable and has just the perfect amount of decor for a rental home. They truly thought of everything you could need and didn't add lots of unnecessary items. Just a short walk from the beach and centrally located - it's really easy to get anywhere quickly. The full bath on the first floor is genius. The pool and beach access are perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Renting the property was super easy and winter rates were great. The property is new therefore super clean and up-to-date. Everything was perfect. I only wish the listing noted that this condo was next to the road. I thought it was directly on the beach. It is on the side of the road next to the beach, but not an ocean view. Other than that it was perfect. I would rent it again. Beautifully decorated.

Weekend stay

This house is Clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen and the downstairs bathroom is a big plus. Dining area seats 6 and a breezy deck seats 4. Big comfort sea foam green leather sofa are perfect seat to hold my Chichuchu. A total bug free zone!! 2 upstairs bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms are spacious and spotless clean. Beds are soft and comfortable with quality linens. Be sure to take your extra bathroom toilet paper and trash bags, one is provided as stated in the info. 2 parking spaces under the house and extra on the side. A great place to stay. 5 stars all around.

Great House!!

June 2023 - Great house!! Clean and spacious. Great location to great food, shopping, and activities. We could have booked directly thru Beach Getaways and saved. Living Room, kitchen, dining room, and full bath on main level with both bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and laundry closet upstairs. We would definitely stay again! Same amount of walking to the beach as a high rise condo. Super safe area. Two huge benefits to this house: 2 car garage and private beach! Phoenix next door had beach chairs 3 deep while all of our beach chairs were in a single, spaced out row. We had no complaints with this house, it had everything we needed!

A Good vacation, ideal location with close proximity to the beach and private pool

Overall, our experience was positive, but there were some small items that I'll share. Positives: Close to the beach, house was as described (family of 4 fit comfortably in the house), not sure 8 people could sleep there comfortably as mentioned in the listing, private pool was serviced every day we were there, the beach was in close proximity and everything was as described and pictured. Negatives: We had two huge cockroaches (one in the bathroom and one in the spare bedroom). Huge....meaning an inch-ish long. We bought cockroach spray and left it under the kitchen sink for the next visitor. I saw some additional babies in the toilet downstairs, but that maybe normal for properties close to the beach? We also had a couple of spiders, but nothing the size of the cockroaches. Additionally, there was mold on the master bathroom shower curtain (which probably needs to be exchanged). We meant to do this while we were there, but failed to remember on our daily runs. The TV took some practice to get accustomed to, and the blinds....we didn't want to ruin them, so that took a bit of engineering and just playing with them to get them to open to see outside. We did send a note to Ken on VRBO, but didn't see a response, so that's when we started to just play around with the blinds. The extras in the storage area were awesome (the pull cart, floating devices, boogey board, noodles, etc.) Plenty of parking. Overall, a good vacation with some minor things that could be improved upon, but would recommend for a family of 4.

Loved the layout of the property with bedrooms being upstairs. Even though the property was beachside with no view of the ocean, the walk was short and easy. Also, beach was not crowded as with large condo properties. We would definitely stay again.

Convenience and Privacy!

Absolutely love the convenience and privacy offered by this cottage. Very nice, comfortable and spacious for a family of 4, and the stand-alone accommodations provide excellent privacy. The convenience of parking underneath can’t be overstated. A huge plus. Walk to beach no different than any condo complex, and the conveniences more than offset the absence of water view. Thoroughly enjoyed and will stay again!
