Designed with family in mind, The Sand Haus offers beach house living surrounded by beautiful sugar-white sand beaches and calming lagoons.

It is only a 5 minutes' walk to the ocean. This 3-bdr/4-bath 2-story house is brand new and beautifully decorated, with an open floor plan between the living areas and kitchen.

BEACH ACCESS
Beach access is provided via the city boardwalk meandering alongside of Little Lagoon, the Little Lagoon Pass Park and the Pier. Spend the day at the beach or kayaking in Little Lagoon.

OTHER ACTIVITIES
Choose to either dine at home or at one of the many award-winning restaurants in the area. Gulf Shores is not just a vacation destination, it is a lifestyle - this fabulous tourist community is known for the whitest sand beaches, fishing, golfing, boating, incredible seafood and a family-friendly atmosphere. Create unforgettable memories with family and friends at The Sand Haus in sunny Gulf Shores.

POOL
Best of all, we have a resort-style pool for you to enjoy on those hot summer days. Its design and function is the definition of luxury. The water is clear and warm and the entire pool is surrounded by a sundeck to lay out and soak up some rays in-between your swim.

PETS
Our home is pet friendly! We kindly request a $100 flat fee for additional cleaning. Two pets max please. If you bring your pet, we request that you supervise them while outside.

PARKING
Up to 4 cars can be parked on the Driveway.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
For larger groups, our companion beach house (The Driftwood Haus) is right next door. Together, these homes can sleep up to 20 guests. Please contact us for details and availability.

Travel insurance is highly recommended to help cover you for situations such as unforeseen cancelations, weather related issues, etc.

For liability and warranty reasons, please do not undertake any repairs if you run into any issues. Instead, please contact us and we are happy to send maintenance at your convenience

Awesome!

If you could give higher than a 5 rating we would. The property was spotless, had everything we needed and in a perfect location just minutes to the beach. We will definitely stay again. The host checked in frequently to make sure we were doing ok.

The perfect beach getaway

Absolutely perfect place to stay. Immaculate condition and right across the street from the beach. Property manager was very responsive and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this place and plan to return in the future.

Gulf Shores vacation

We had a great time and the property was clean and very comfortable for 8 of us. The 4th full bathroom was nice to have. The location was great with beach access across the street and the bay on the other side for our sons to walk and fish off the pier. We would definitely stay here again!

Great beach trip!

Loved the property - everything was as described and beautiful. So nice to just walk across the street to the beach. Owner was super communicative and nice. House was nicely decorated and very clean with an amazingly stocked kitchen. Would highly recommend!!

Perfect Long Weekend

Lovely property, perfectly situated between the beach and the bay. This cottage is comfortable, spacious, and nestled in a lovely, dog friendly community. My family and I will definitely return to this cottage when we head back to Gulf Shores. TiyaSha was a phenomenal host who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! Thank you TiyaSha! Wonderful Family time at Gulf Shores

The Beach Haus home was a perfect place for us to gather with our children and grandkids for a beach vacation. The home was filled with everything we needed and more! We enjoyed time at the beach and the pool. Everyone we met in the homes around us were friendly and the kids played with new friends. We would love to come here again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time staying at this condo! The close proximity to the beach as well as the walking trail was a big plus. The accommodations were quite spacious and comfortable. The fact that pets were allowed was a big bonus. The host was very thoughtful and kept in touch with me during my day to make sure that everything was going well.

Summer Trip

We were very pleased with the property as it was not only very clean but exactly as shown in the pictures/description and had everything you needed. The owners are great and go out of their way to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. I was also impressed how quickly they answered my call even late in the evening. Best Vacation/ Vacation house!

Host was extremely accommodating! Messaged back in a timely manner and was always working with everything we needed. The house is really nice and has literally everything you need, outside of your groceries lol. The house has a wagon to pull your beach stuff to the beach. Inside the closet there is the wagon, beach umbrella, several beach chairs, bougie boards, floaties
etc. The pool is right outside. Even the back row of houses it’s not but a minute walk! I thought it would take longer to get to it because our rental is on the back row but it’s still super close. Inside the house is a closet with anything extra! Extra towels, bedding, coffee, pillows, toilet paper
the bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, extra toothbrush, blow dryer
I was honestly shocked at how much the house provided! It was perfect for our pet! There is a designated place for them to potty. That area has doggy poop bags so you do not even need to bring your own! Best decision to stay here! Will def be back!

You won’t regret staying here!

This place is absolutely beautiful inside and out! The whole property is gorgeous and just a small walk to the beach. The pool is beautiful and the lagoon behind the property is breathtaking and wonderful for walking your pups. We absolutely loved the Gulf Shores town and there is so much to do! You must go see Fort Morgan, you get to walk through the entire fort and on top of the fort and are surrounded by beautiful ocean. The host of this place is the best part! Very welcoming and super attentive! You don’t get that often in places so I appreciate the hospitality and enjoyed your place so much. We will be back for sure! We fell in love with this beach town and this beach house! Also the beds are so comfortable, we slept like babies! Thank you again for hosting us, we wish we stayed longer!

Room for improvement

The directions to the cottage were easy to follow, but the area and the cottage needs better exterior lighting/ The lock box to gain entry is very outdated and hard to access. (especially at night with the poor lighting) I've stayed in places with the keyless entry and its more accommodating .The concept of the cottage was nice, but description was incorrect and misleading, the description shows that it is a 3 and 4 bedroom all in the same listing, one description listed it as a 4 bedroom and the other description listed it as a 3 bedroom. The cottage had one king, one queen and two bunk beds , but the listing showed one king, two queens and two bunk beds. Please ask a lot of questions before your arrival. The check out time shows on the site as 11, but the host sent a message that check out was at 10. The furniture was not in good shape, all of the tables and chairs in the living /dining area were cheaply made they rocked and squeaked and didn't give much support .Take a screwdriver with you to tighten the furniture. The feet on one of the living room chairs had been replaced with some oversized replacements that did not match. The tic toc toe game pieces were broken on the table by one of the previous guest and should have been replaced prior to our arrival. The bathrooms were not clean, urine on one toilet seat and mildew/mold in the shower. The white towels were a disgrace, they were very dingy and rough. You will have to search for the supplies, no list is given of where things are stored, such as the iron and ironing board. We had to request for extra toilet paper and purchase our own paper towels. They should at least supply additional stock. Also the cleaning fee is a joke, you pay it and the place isn't clean when you arrive, but they give you directions on how to clean it when you leave. The location made the trip worth while!!
