GRANDE maison de montagne. Spacieux et mis Ă  jour

Le chalet de montagne est la retraite familiale idéale pour de grands groupes de personnes. Niché contre Prospect Mountain dans Estes Park, cette cabane offre amplement d'hébergement pour jusqu'à 16 personnes avec des options de divertissement inégalées sur la propriété.

Cette maison a des lits confortables, et tous les draps et serviettes sont fournis. La cuisine est bien équipée avec de la vaisselle et des appareils électroménagers et il y a un grill extérieur pour les clients. Avec 7 chambres et 5 salles de bains, il y a de la place pour les adultes et les enfants pour se disperser et avoir leur propre espace pour se détendre ou se divertir.

Profitez de la vue sur le mont Olympe depuis la cour avant ou sur Prospect Mountain depuis l'arriÚre du chalet. Parmi les trembles et les pins qui entourent la propriété, il y a un foyer en pierre pour une soirée de smore et de rencontres avec la famille et les amis.

Tout au long de la cabine est un paradis de divertissement! La salle multimĂ©dia comprend une tĂ©lĂ©vision connectĂ©e Ă  Ă©cran plat de 75 "avec Netflix et des siĂšges de cinĂ©ma. Pour le «gamin en vous» ou les enfants eux-mĂȘmes, il y a une table de billard / ping-pong, une table de billard, un air hockey et une arcade classique lĂ©gitime!

Les activitĂ©s familiales se poursuivent Ă  l'extĂ©rieur de la cabine. Autour de la propriĂ©tĂ© se trouve un terrain de golf Ă  3 trous, un terrain de basket et mĂȘme un terrain de golf miniature que les enfants et les adultes adoreront! Dans l'arriĂšre-cour, vous pourrez profiter des soirĂ©es dans le bain Ă  remous surdimensionnĂ© pour 8 personnes tout en admirant le magnifique ciel Ă©toilĂ© de la montagne Ă©toilĂ©e.

Downtown Estes est à seulement cinq ans. Profitez de l'ancienne boutique de tire d'eau salée, du magasin de bonbons décadent ou trouvez votre pierre précieuse au célÚbre magasin de rock. The cabin was perfect for our family holiday getaway. Our family of ten had plenty of space to spread out and ample spaces to gather for movie night, game night, football watching and puzzles. Rooms and beds were comfortable. The location was perfect. It was a moment’s drive from all the favorite spots in Estes but off the beaten path to enjoy the quiet. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

The host didn't have the house stocked properly. Many of the items in the house were broken. Many of the light bulbs in the house were out. Looking at the reviews, sounds like the owner doesn't fix them. It was a lot to pay for a big house with so many missing and broken things.

Amazing property! Very beautiful location about 10am from town (driving). Plenty of rooms and hang out areas and already talking about doing a big Thanksgiving with the whole family one year at this property. Only downside was some windows don’t open and the shades in the mater do not work so we had to use a hair clip to keep the shade open to let in fresh air

This home was perfect for adults and kids of all ages. It is very spacious with plenty of room to give the kids time and locations to play. We all loved the deer that frequented the yard each morning. The location was centrally located to all points of interest such as hiking, shopping and fun parks. We look forward to more family vacations here in Estes Park.

The large house we stayed in was the perfect size for our big family! The kids loved the theater room and the video room. There were deer outside of our house that we all enjoyed watching. Location was delightful. A few things could be improved upon, blinds in the master bedroom did not work. One of the big fans was broken, no containers to keep leftovers in. Overall, it’s a beautiful home and we had a fabulous time in Estes Park.

The spaciousness and amenities of the property were great. The video and game room kept the kids busy. The location is good. The kitchen was well stocked. However, when the property was handed over to us there were several safety issues (a door to a bedroom locked a person inside when it was closed, a row of theater seats were not bolted down so they flipped backwards when they were sat in - it is dark in the room so you couldn’t tell until you sat down, the sliding door to the deck and several windows still do not close nor lock. The deck has several issues with the grill, igniter button, deck surface, and lighting. The blue ray did not work in the theater room. There were no instructions for using the primary amenities of the property. The owners did respond quickly to a few of the liability problems even though it meant Sunday work for maintenance staff. They also were prompt in responding to requests regarding early entry, and regarding the availability of high chairs etc for the kids. Due to these safety issues and other general cleanliness issues we would not stay here again nor recommend it to those we know, especially considering the price for a week’s rental. Owners did not seem to be interested in suggestions for improvement. I guess we were supposed to assume no A/C because it was not listed versus having the listing say ‘no a/c’.

Disappointing stay - would not recommend for special occasions

We rented two of this host’s properties for our wedding weekend, expecting a relaxing and celebratory stay with close friends and family. Unfortunately, the experience was filled with unnecessary stress, miscommunication, and false accusations. We did receive one noise complaint, and police came by once. We were respectful, spoke with the officers, and immediately quieted down. There were no further visits or issues, yet the host later claimed that police had come multiple times and said she was instructed to evict us — which was completely false and incredibly upsetting.Worse, the host insisted that only I (the bride) was allowed to communicate with her, and when a friend tried to help with a minor issue, she treated it as a violation. She called me at midnight the night before my wedding to threaten eviction — an incredibly inappropriate and stressful time to make such a call. I had no time to manage logistics or conflict resolution on my wedding day, and this added unnecessary emotional strain.We also dealt with a broken fridge and non-functioning AC, which made the stay physically uncomfortable. After we checked out, the host falsely accused us of breaking a toilet and ruining sheets, which we absolutely did not do. Thankfully, I had taken a video of the property before we left — and I highly recommend future guests do the same to protect themselves from similar false claims.

Great Location, Needs some basic upkeep

Location is pretty ideal - easy access to everything Estes Park has to offer, both the town and the national park, in a quiet neighborhood with regular visits from local fauna.However, the windows have broken handles, or don't close or open properly. Stairs to back porch are mildly dangerous and in need of replacement. Both common bathrooms were missing shower curtains and/or liners. Owner did not respond when queried. Had to buy our own replacements.None of that is that big of a deal, but it's bizarre for the money and it's trivial stuff to just take care of if you give a damn about your guests and their experience at your B&B.Overall we enjoyed our stay, but what we got was a place devoid of anything else. I think if I ran a Vrbo, I'd ensure that the bathrooms work fully, and that the house & grounds was reasonably well kept up, rather than looking like something I was running into the ground for maximum extraction.

Family Reunion

This house was perfect for our family reunion. There was plenty of space for 16 people. The theater, arcade and hot tub were all a hit. The weather was good and we enjoyed sitting on the deck watching herds of elk stroll by. It's close to the shops in downtown Estes, RMNP and hiking trails. We all had a great time.

Great Stay, Remember to ask about Hot Tub

Great place, communication with the owner was great. Comfortably had 3 couples and 4 singles with their own spaces. The only issue was the hot tub - it was 73 degrees when we arrived, so we did not get in until it heated over night.If you're planning to use the tub right away when you arrive, make sure to remind the owner that the hot tub needs to be serviced and heated the day before.

Family Celebration

We came up to Estes as we have for the past 15 years to celebrate our son’s forever 16th birthday. We were very pleased at how spacious and beautiful this house was, including nice bedrooms. The kitchen needed updated pots and pans but that is due to high usage. Overall, the place was very accommodating.Thank you

Disappointed

We booked this for the amenities but we’re not available when we got there. The hot tub was 79 degrees.. master bedroom fireplace didn’t work. It was extremely icy in driveway and a person fell. We tried contacting owner first night but never got a response. Great area.. just wished we could have enjoyed the amenities.
