Kitchen has everything you will need for your stay. Fridge is large to hold whatever you will need. This is convenient to everything you will need in Oxford, short drive to the square and to campus. Peaceful neighborhood that I lived in in college. Highly recommend this place to stay.

Very nice place in a beautiful area. The pictures don’t do it justice. The living space is very comfortable, the bed is great, the bathroom is squeaky clean, and the kitchen is well appointed.

Great, Clean, Quiet Oxford Suburban Getaway

The property is a one bedroom mother-in-law cottage with an spacious living room / dining room / kitchen, behind a suburban house in a quiet neighborhood. We had no problems and would gladly stay there again.The owner was an effective and very helpful communicator and quickly answered questions in advance of staying in the property, and we had no issues requiring us to contact the owner while on our stay.

A lovely little guest house in a beautiful quite area about 4 miles from Ole Miss. it’s clean, in great shape and has all the amenities you need. Michelle, the owner, was very quick to respond to questions and allowed us a late check out without any hassle or fee. Highly recommend the Ole Miss Happy Place!

Nice quite and comfy

The apartment was in a nice quiet wooded neighborhood and a very short drive to Ole Miss. It was easy to contact the manager with questions and the place was very spacious and clean. A rug in the bathroom would have been nice because the smooth tile floor could be slippery when stepping out of the shower. Otherwise I would highly recommend this place for a stay near Ole Miss.

Weekend visit in Oxford

We enjoyed the apartment. It was perfect for two people, but a family with a couple of small children could easily stay here as well. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood and felt very safe. There is a Keurig and plenty of pots and pans, but not much to work with for baking. I find that to be pretty common, though. Parking can be a bit of an issue because you are sharing the driveway with a house which is also a rental. But street parking is not an issue, so overall it was only a minor inconvenience. The only thing that made me a little nervous was that the owner waits until the day of check-in to send check-in information. But communication with the owner was easy, so no big deal there either.

The property was up to date and very clean. I had several questions and a reply was given in a very timely manner. My two sons and I attended an Ole Miss football game and will probably make a return visit.

10⭐ Property!

Corbin’s place is spotless, spacious, comfortable, and convenient to everything in Oxford! Communication was outstanding, check-in was easy, and my stay could not have been better. I just wish I could have stayed through the last day of my reservation but unfortunately had to leave early. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with parking right at the door. The listing is accurate, and while I’ve stayed in VRBO’s where the pictures make them seem better than they are, the pictures in THIS listing don’t capture how wonderful it is! Have already sent the link to many fellow Ole Miss parents with high recommendations. I wish I could give it a 10-star rating!!!
