This house was exactly as described though it's hard to put into words just how great it is! Surprisingly spacious with plenty of rooms for everyone, including on the TWO outside decks/porches that wrap around the front and side of the house. My wife and I loved enjoying our morning coffee on the top porch while looking out to the ocean while the kids/teens enjoyed the "lower deck". Location is incredible - SO easy to get to the beach with plenty of room to pitch our umbrellas and enjoy time in the Gulf. We forgot something a time or two and it literally took 10 minutes to go back, get the item(s), and be back on the beach...VERY convenient!Then there's Seaside and all the food trucks / restaurants. Very walkable to get into "town" (10 minutes) and enjoy all the Seaside has to offer.Between the beach, good food, shopping, and just a great place to relax, our vacation at this home is one we won't ever forget and one we're likely to want to try again!

Great accomodations, kitchen stocked great for cooking for large groups!

Great property. Extremely close to the beach, food trucks and town. Accommodations, were very accurate and perfect setting for our group. We would stay there again in a minute!

This house was absolutely perfect. The beds were so comfortable with top notch blankets and pillows. The bikes were such an amazing touch. We will definitely be back.

Great location and amazon beach access

We really liked this house. It was clean, had everything we needed and best of all was 4 blocks to heart of Seaside and about a two minute or less walk to the beach. Access to the beach is at the end of the street and cross over and you are there. Had no complaints at all.

Excellent location for all things Seaside!

Walkable to Seaside center, the beach, everything. Great communication, spotless home, perfect amt of space for our family of 14. Kitchen was very well stocked. No longer has construction next door, house is complete. Enjoyed early morning and evenings on the decks with family. We will definitely be back and definitely staying at this home again! Tk you 30A for an awesome family vacation!

Perfect location and size

The property was convenient to the beach and just a short walk from seaside which was great! The home was very clean except underneath surfaces like the sofa and tv stand. The pool was smaller than expected but good for the kids. The home is 3 stories so be prepared for stairs. Overall we had a great time.

Family/Friends girls getaway

We had a fabulous time. The property is perfectly located near shopping and a few steps from the beach. I was very impressed with the property management company. I reached out to them a few different times with questions. Someone responded to me very quickly EVERY time! I highly recommend this property.

Thyme Street Vacation

Over all the place was great! Very close to beach and Seaside. There are 2 downsides that I will Mention: 1) Construction next door started at 7AM Tuesday - Thursday 2) The Bikes are not good. The chains kept falling off leaving kids strained and 1 adult injured.

Memorable Week

This house is in a perfect location! Just a short walk to Seaside Proper and nearly right across the street from the public beach access. Hose had plenty of space for our family and the pool though smaller than others was perfect for our little ones. I also appreciate the alarm on the door leading to the pool. The wrap around deck on both upper levels gave us plenty of outside space. We would definitely re-book in the future!

There are stellar beach views from the balconies, and the beach is easy to get to (only a 1-2 minute walk!). The house is beautiful and has everything that you could ever want and/or need. I can’t recommend this rental more! We will definitely be back!!!
