Beautiful view and Clean rooms

10/10! We’ve stayed at 3 different condos in Majestic Sun and this was our favorite! All rooms were clean when arriving. The balcony has plenty of room for everyone, there’s also a entry to the balcony from the master. Furniture was comfortable and room temperature held well. We stayed in mid May so the crowds weren’t bad and elevator access was easy. Location is great, quick walk to great restaurants and convenience stores! Will definitely book again!

We were pleasantly surprised that each bedroom had a bathroom. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels. I would definitely book again.

Great condo

Perfect location. Outstanding view. Super easy beach access. Beds were mixed review. Half of us loved them-half said was too firm. Would stay here again. Only downfall - of the three elevators (one was down for maintenance the whole week and the other two would work off and on - no fault of the owner of the condo)

Beautiful Views

The views are FABULOUS!!! The condo was perfect for my husband and two teenager's. The king size bed was too hard. We had someone above us that smoked and were very loud at midnight which was VERY disappointing. But has nothing to do with the condo. We Really like the place!!!

Great stay at Majestic Sun

We enjoyed our visit a good deal, the location and amenities of Majestic Sun for families cannot be beat in the area. The unit could have been tidier, our feet were left dirty by the floors. When it was rainy and we spent more time in the unit we discovered: The living room furniture is sagging and old and uncomfortable We had repeated trouble with the TVs that required a few visits to get sorted. On the bus side they should be top notch condition for future guests.

There were 8 of us. The parking was really far, there weren't any beach chairs provided for the beach, nor a selection of cook ware, and we had to get a loaner microwave since the one in the unit sparked at the electrical outlet. It didn’t work the first 3 nights. The LR sleeper sofa and love seat should’ve been replaced years ago.

Great view

The property itself was nice. The stove was a little dated but thats fine. The codes to get into the building were not updated however and even when i had the codes sometines rhey didnt work. At one point me and a family of 5 were stuck outside. The father had already went around to the other side to let us in but the code dod not open the door. Sometimes this happened and sometimes it didnt. The fitness room was the same way. This is really the only complaint i have here.

Great location. Needs new furniture

Overall it was a good condo to stay in. We’ve stayed at Magestic Sun before and it was great, so we found another condo to stay in this year. The check in process was a hassle because 1)check in is not until 4 and you most likely won’t get to go in any earlier than that 2) the code we were given didn’t work on the door (we called and they were able to fix it quickly, it was just frustrating since we were already having to wait til 4 to get in) 3) there were men working in the condo after check in time and they didn’t want to let us in. (They took about 20 minutes to finish and get out, but we made them let us in since we had refrigerated stuff to put in the refrigerator and it was after 4:00) I will say, the customer service with the property management was great and they even called back a couple of times to make sure everything was still good. The only thing I’d really change about the condo is the furniture. There were big, oversized pieces that were out dated that took up way too much room and the couch was pretty terrible to sit on because the sofa bed folded up just made you sink into the couch and there was no cushion left in the cushions. However, we understand we were there to go to the beach and didn’t spend much time in the condo except to eat and sleep. We did have two children under 2, so I understand our situation was unique. Like I said, overall a good condo, maybe just not for families with young children.

Destin delight

The property was just as it was advertised. The previous reviews didn't say much about kitchen supplies, so I will. My husband and I cook a ton. This kitchen is pretty well equipped with plates, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, cutting boards, coffee maker, blender, and other necessities. We really enjoyed our stay and will return.

Close to the beach.

The property over all was nice and clean. We have stayed in this complex several times and this one had the best patio furniture by far. Great view! The only thing that we didn't like was the beds are all very firm which some people may like but we did not.

Disappointing

This was our first time to stay at Majestic Sun and use Five Star Beach Properties. There was dust under the furniture, the ice maker when we turn it on it leak on the kitchen floor and did not make ice, it could not be fixed however they did bring us several bag of ice. The bathtubs did not drain very good and the toilet in the master bedroom ran all the time. We've always had very good experiences with our stay in Destin, but this trip was a little disappointing.
