We're glad to hear you had an enjoyable stay! We have brought up the housekeeping items you mentioned to our crew as that is not at all consistent with our normal standards. We will make sure these are addressed moving forward. We also will check the mattress and ensure it does not need replacing. We try to pick middle of the road firmness to help accommodate varying guest preferences. Other than that, we're so glad you had a good stay. We are thrilled you left this review and enjoyed this property so much! I'm guessing the glasses had some hard water spots on them, so we will be sure the Lemi-Shine is stocked under the sink to prevent this. A kickball game sounds like a blast! We hope you come back again, too! Heather / VRC
