Condo entièrement rénové sur un terrain de golf

Notre condo est bercé dans les légendaires falaises d'Hermosa dans les complexes Tamarron récemment rénovés. Nous sommes à 15 miles au nord du centre-ville de Durango et à 8 miles au sud de Durango Mountain Resort. Nous avons des vues spectaculaires sur le parcours de golf de Glacier Club qui ne manqueront pas de vous détendre et de dissiper votre stress.

Le condo a été entièrement rénové au printemps 2016. Tous les appareils de cuisine, laveuse / sécheuse et matelas sont neufs. Le condo peut accueillir 8 personnes confortablement. La chambre principale est située au 2ème niveau et est meublée avec 2 lits queen size. Une salle de bain complète relie la chambre à une spacieuse chambre en mezzanine, qui a un lit king size. Nous avons également un lit escamotable en bas dans le salon.

Notre cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin, y compris des casseroles, des plats, des ustensiles, une cafetière, un cuiseur à riz, un grill George Foreman, etc. Nous fournissons également des serviettes et des draps pour votre commodité.

Nous avons accès à une aire de jeux, une piscine intérieure / extérieure, un court de tennis, une salle de sport et un spa.

Great location in between Purgatory ski resort and Durango! Perfect location summer or winter. The home was very clean and nice. Hosts were very accommodating and quick to answer questions.

Condo was very nice and clean. It’s a little drive into town but not an issue at all. The property as a whole was very well maintained with lots of things to do besides just golf. Would be happy to stay here again!

Great location! Not far from Durango, lakes, and hiking trails. Have access to the pools and restaurants from the Resort. Beautiful area that is peaceful and quiet. The house is clean and plenty of space to make feel like home.

Great Condo

This place was better than expected. It was clean and a great place for our family to hang out. The kitchen was great and had mostly everything we needed. We especially loved the pool and hot tub. We didn’t check out the restaurants but will on our next stay. It’s only a 15 min drive to Purgatory and to Durango. We would love to come again! Great family friendly place!

Great family ski stay!

We are a family of 6- we travel to Durango annually for ski vacation. This condo was great- plenty of room, spotless, 2 updated walk in showers, directv. We loved the outdoor heated pool and hot tub located at the main lodge. 4 wheel drive was needed but we had no trouble. We would return to this lovely condo.

Ski Trip

This location and the breathtaking views are worthwhile to stay here! Easy to check in and out, the host answered any questions I had in a timely manner. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival! Now I will say, me and my friends all flew into Durango to ski at purgatory resort, therefore we did not have a vehicle. Tamarron Resort (where the VRBO is located) offers a free shuttle from the lodge to purgatory (fantastic) it runs twice a day 8:20 AM and 4:15 PM. The only thing is, the resort itself does not have transportation from the main lodge up to the highpoint and vice versa (where the VRBO is) and is about a mile walk up hill. We flew in late and had to walk from the main lodge to our VRBO, uphill walking in about a foot of fresh snow at night. This is in no way the host’s fault, but just a heads up if you plan on flying in and not renting a vehicle! If you do plan on driving or having your own vehicle and staying at this VRBO in the winter months I would definitely recommend a 4 wheel or AWD vehicle as I said, it is uphill and mixed with snow and ice can be a little tricky. Other than the mile walk and car situation our stay was great and would definitely come here again, but next time rent a vehicle !
