Our guest suite is a great Southern Utah getaway. We are central to Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon and Lake Powell. We are also close to many local hiking trails and the Jackson Flat Reservoir. Our in-town location is perfect for a walk to the grocery stores or local restaurants. The guest suite is great for couples, adventurers, business travelers and families. There is free, high speed internet and YouTube TV. This is a private guest suite with private patio. The guest suite is attached to owners residence.

Highly recommend! Great home base for our travels to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Horseshoe Bend, Zion & Bryce Canyon National Park. This lodging was a great place to relax, was very clean, had everything we needed to make our own meals, perfect floor plan, very quick communication from the host & loved having the private patio. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay & would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed dinner at Wild Thyme & the lunch buffet at Lotsa Motsa pizza - both are nearby.

Kris was very understanding and helped us get the info we needed to get situated after I failed to read the details of the vrbo properly. We only used the one bedroom and bath after crashing from our visit to Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park after a day leaving Vegas & exploring Lake Mead briefly! Everything was very clean and organized. We appreciated the vast number of hikes recommended in the guest book! Thanks for making the stay easy and memorable! We hope to be back in the next couple of years for a trip dedicated to the Kanab area!

I had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in super easy and offering great local recommendations.

This two bedroom apartment was wonderful for our needs. Our trip was focused around seeing Zion and Bryce National Parks. But we were able to relax in comfort by having a well equipped kitchen to make many of our own meals. Having the laundry machines also and plus. The outside patio was awesome for morning coffee and late supper. Many hiking trails so close by and some very nice eateries. Do not pass this this home up -- you surely will not be disappointed.

Great accommodations in Kanab!

This was such a great spot. Great location in town and easy to make day trips to Page, Zion, North Rim Grand Canyon, and Bryce. Would highly recommend. Clean and comfortable.

Wonderful location and immaculate home!

My family and I stayed in Kanab in this lovely rental for a few days, but we wished we booked it for even more of our time in Utah! It was very clean and easily the cleanest VRBO rental we have ever had. The host had so many items that were handy during our stay. It was the perfect size for our family of four. Kanab was a great spot for exploring all the outdoor adventures that Utah has to offer.

Stunning apartment!!

Absolutely wonderful apartment in a quiet but centrally located street. Apartment looks freshly remodeled, very clean and modern. Stocked well, you get all you need. Beds are comfortable. Highly recommended.PS. It was snowing on the day we left and the owners left the brush for us to brush the snow off the car - such nice people!! Thank you!!

Amazing!

This property was perfect for my grandson, daughter-in-law, and me. The location was ideally located for hiking, shopping, dining, etc. Snowy weather was predicted and we did not know how it would affect our departure . We texted the owner and he was very helpful, explaining the situation. We midwesterners didn’t know what to expect!

Vacation Race stay

Very nice and spacious place to stay. Clean and no issues finding it or getting in. Very close to stores and restaurants. Hour and a half from Bryce Canyon, and one hour from Zion. Washer and dryer worked. I would stay here again.

Perfect accommodations in Kanab!

Thoroughly enjoyed this place to stay and appreciated having an option with 2 twin beds so my teenagers didn’t have to share a queen bed. This place was clean and well maintained which is important to me. We loved looking through the provided book that gave details about the place and then ideas and activities to do in town.

We loved it!

We loved our short stay here! The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. The bed was so comfy. The location was convenient to our national park adventures and we enjoyed the outdoor patio area.

Very convenient

Cute suite, very well appointed. We had everthing we needed, checking in was a breeze. The location is perfectly located close to downtown Kanab. The ice chest in the closet came in handy for our trip to the North Rim, I would highly recommend taking advantage of the host's thoughtfulness and utlize the ice chest! The space was as clean as any VRBO we've ever stayed in. My wife and I highly recommend!

Beautifully furnished. Excellent check in information. Quiet, great location, nice patio with chairs, table and grill. Great TV and furniture. Information book was filled with helpful information, trails, restaurants, places to go. Great parking spot for our truck.

Welcoming stay in Kanab

I have stayed here three times and likely will again. Kris is very welcoming and helpful. The apartment is large and commodious. There is a small patio area with a barbecue and table and chairs that we have used. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, although it is a bit of a walk to the main part of town and its amenities and restaurants (too far for us, especially in the heat). But he has included everything you might need for a several night stay. And Kanab is great.

Central to National Parks

We chose Kanab as our central place for our National Park visits. The apartment had everything that we needed and was in a fantastic location. The hosts went above and beyond to recommend tours and restaurants in the area. We definitely took advantage! We also enjoyed the patio area in the early evenings.

The perfect place to in Kanab!

We completely enjoyed our stay in Kanab at Kris & Jeanne’s place for our daughter’s college spring break. The guest apartment is located on the ground floor and is just what we needed to rest after our days of exploring Zion, Kanab and Page. We loved the full kitchen, on site laundry, grill and cooler that was provided. The girls loved being able to walk all around Kanab. We will definitely recommend this place to others, and encourage guests to explore Kanab and the surrounding areas! We loved the sand caves, Toadstools and took our small rental car on an adventure to the Old Paria ghostown site, which is basically a picnic area in the middle of no where but a fun place to explore.
