Welcome to Desert Dreams townhome, your clean comfortable home base for all of your Southern Utah adventures. Situated near red rock cliffs and centrally located near Zion, Bryce, and Grand Canyon. Just 35 min to Zion we offer everything you need for a comfortable stay, including free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, community pool, hot tub and gym.

Located in a quiet, friendly, scenic community, Desert Dreams is a bright, desert themed townhouse with room for the whole crew. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, open living area, and an outdoor patio perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking or exploring nearby national parks.
With comfortable queen beds, fast Wi-Fi, and thoughtful touches throughout, itâs designed for both adventure, and downtime.
Living room-enjoy the comfort of a living room that includes a smart tv for your entertainment, along with a dedicated workspace for work or study.
The main floor also features a half-bath stocked with paper, soap, shampoo/conditioner/ body wash, lotion and hair dryer.
Kitchen-the well equipped kitchen features a convenient laundry area with a full washer and dryer. Included is a coffee/tea bar, seating for two at the kitchen bar, and a dining table that comfortably seats six.
Bedrooms- âupstairsâ youâll find three cozy bedrooms, each featuring comfortable queen beds, spacious walk-in closets and blackout curtains to ensure a restful nights sleep-ideal for families or groups. The master bedroom offers a smart TV and access to a private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or unwind under the stars.
The shared bathroom is designed with convenience in mind featuring a Jack and Jill layout: one entrance directly from the master bedroom, the other from the hallway. Two separate sink areas that can be closed off for privacy
The bathroom is fully stocked with essentials including a hair dryer under each sink, soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, paper, and lotion.
All bedrooms are equipped with two lamps, featuring USB-C, USB and AC outlet charging ports.

Conveniently located near Kanab City Park(Jacob Hamblin Park), skate park, tennis courts, city pool, as well as several local hiking trails.
Just a short walk/drive to charming downtown Kanab, where youâll find many restaurants and shops.

Kanab is where I grew up, my husband Geno grew up in the neighboring town of Orderville. We are retired, love traveling, boating on Lake Powell, camping, hiking, taking the Harley on road trips. We are excited for this new hosting adventure. We look forward to helping you have a wonderful stay!
