Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen and comfortable seating in the living room which opens up to your private lanai. Kitchen includes refrigerator, range, microwave, rice maker, coffee maker, and other standard kitchen wares. All units come with a private bathroom, and seating for 4 or more for dining.

Convenient sleeping arrangements include 2 Queen Sized Beds and a Sofa Bed in the common area. The bedroom can be made into a private room by a sliding partition, or left open to the entire unit. All bedrooms include views from the large bedroom window.

Koko Resorts at The Waikiki Banyan
Koko Resorts at The Waikiki Banyan is the perfect location to relax and enjoy paradise! Located only one block from world famous Waikiki Beach where you can surf, swim, enjoy Hula shows, night-life, and more. The Waikiki Banyan is conveniently located near a wide selection of world class restaurants, and specialty shops including the International Marketplace and Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center. Public transportation is readily available, extremely reliable, and located right outside the building on Kuhio Ave!
The recreation deck on the 6th floor is one of the largest in Waikiki and is equipped with a swimming pool, two hot tubs, kids play equipment, tennis court, basketball court, BBQ grills, picnic tables, sauna, and lounge chairs. The Mini Mart is located on the 1st floor and is open daily. The Banyan Breeze coffee shop is located on the 1st floor. 24 hour security is there to help you rest easy.

Koko Resorts saves you money with standard amenities including FREE parking for one vehicle, FREE WiFi internet, a TV with cable, FREE local and toll free phone calling and an A/C unit in the living room. In addition, all suites managed by Koko Resorts include a full-size kitchen.
Upon 24 hours notice, we can provide a tidy clean maid service, available at $35 per service. In case of the unexpected, Koko Resorts offers 24-hour emergency assistance just a phone call away.

Not very good upkeep
The elevators were not good as 2 of the 4 were not working with so many people. Also, the room was run down, and there was not much in the rooms for us to use as it is listed as a “condo” with all amenities, but many were not in there. And then we were charged for not leaving our parking pass in the room, but yet the 2024 pass was left in the room and the 2023 was thrown away as we were directed to do. Not happy with this condo and would not recommend to use until updates are done.

Very close to beach and shopping. Our unit got hot because afternoon sun hit our condo. Beds were comfortable. Pillows went flat quickly. Unit was dated but it served our purpose!
