Casa Sudano est un condo penthouse situé au 6Úme étage avec une vue imprenable sur l'eau du lac Las Vegas et de Reflection Bay. Il dispose de deux chambres et de deux salles de bains, d'une cuisine complÚte, d'un salon, d'une salle à manger et d'un balcon donnant sur les piscines, le parcours de golf Reflection Bay et le lac Las Vegas. Les installations comprennent 2 piscines scintillantes, un bain à remous relaxant, un centre de remise en forme ouvert 24h / 24 et un accÚs facile aux restaurants et à la vie nocturne animés du Village Lake Las Vegas.

Le condo a été entiÚrement rénové en 2019 et il y a de nouveaux appareils et meubles partout. Y compris, nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse Bosch.

Notre devise est: Restez ici pendant 5 jours ou 5 mois, vous ne vous lasserez jamais de la vue!

Nous sommes certifiés, par la ville de Henderson, Nevada, pour exploiter une location de vacances à court terme.

We really enjoyed our stay in Lake Las Vegas for the month of November 2025. The condo has a fantastic view of the pool, hot tub and the surrounding lake and mountains from the balcony and bedrooms. The master bedroom was large with a king bed and TV. The master bath area was spacious with a shower, tub and single sink vanity. There is a second bedroom on the other side of the kitchen/living area with a king bed and a TV. This bedroom is next to the second bath. It has a shower and single vanity. The washer/dryer is located in a closet next to the kitchen. The house was well-equipped, and the appliances worked well. There is a small dining table with four chairs. The living room area has a large couch. The TV set was large and worked well. We used our own firestick. The internet speed was great and the connection worked well for our purposes. There is garage parking below the condos for one car. We were given access codes to access the building, condo, and pool area. The main pool was heated to a nice warm temperature. There is a small fitness center on the lower level. The area is beautiful, clean, and safe. We enjoyed the view from the balcony. It is about a half hour drive to the Strip from Lake Las Vegas. The owner’s communication was prompt and complete. We would rent this place again.

Fantastic Getaway

My family really enjoyed our stay at this fantastic condo. My wife spent most of her time at the pool and I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with a beautiful view of the lake. If you have a chance, you must stop in at A&M Pasta Lab just steps away in the Village and pick up some amazing pasta and tomato basil sauce.

Great Stay in Lake Las Vegas!

I highly recommend Casa Sudano for your Lake Las Vegas getaway! The location is perfect, with nice views of the lake and within walking distance to multiple restaurants and shops. Casa Sudano was very clean and welcoming. Jean was very communicative, and the check-in process was smooth. The beds were comfy and allowed for a good night’s sleep after a day of exploring the desert. If you are looking for a place to stay in Lake Las Vegas, Casa Sudano is perfect!

Great experience

We truly enjoyed our stay at the condo, beautiful home and well cared for. Close to Lake Mead and Hoover Dam( highly recommend the tour) and just a short drive to the LV strip. Valley of Fire NP is a bit over an hours drive but totally worth it, absolutely beautiful scenery!

Amazing View

We had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect for our family. The view was spectacular! Kids loved the pool, the onsite grocery was nice, and their holiday coffee was perfect! Easy to get to and within 30 mins to downtown Vegas and the Hoover Damn.

Great quiet spot, wonderful owners

We were in town for a youth lacrosse tournament. It was a great quiet place to stay. Very comfortable, decent food in the area, a nice pool, comfortable beds, good kitchen. We had some personal issues (not related to the rental) and the owners went out of their way to help us out. Next time I am back in the area I will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Lake Las Vegas. The property is gorgeous. The check in process was seamless. The unit itself was spectacular! The VIEW? The view was so beautiful and a delight to just look out at the scenery. Furniture and bed were comfortable. Decor was charming! We loved the autumn touches! Parking garage was never a problem finding a spot. The hosts were easy to communicate with and that was truly appreciated. We 100% want to return again and again!

Fantastic penthouse with the perfect location!

Booked this 2 bedroom penthouse for a family vacation and it was exactly as described! Views are excellent, location is great, and the amenities are abundant! First thing, this place is a very clean and roomy space which was perfect for our family of four adults. Check in was easy and the host were fantastic and everything that we needed was available. The location was great for us as we spent time in several parks. There were coolers available in the penthouse which we packed each morning as we headed out. Returning in the evening was great and everything was so comfortable that we were well rested each morning ready for more. After a few days of exploring, we spent time just relaxing and being lazy in the penthouse which provided plenty of space and peace and quiet to recharge before heading home. Shopping and food options are plentiful and close along with the Vegas strip being a short drive away as well. The area is quiet and serene with a nice pool for relaxing in the heat of the day or in the evening after a day of fun! We can't say enough about the location, cleanliness, and comfort of the penthouse. If you are looking for a great place to stay for everything Vegas and more, this is a perfect spot.

Amazing view and accommodations!

This place is as described and it’s beautiful. The location was quiet and peaceful and offered numerous amenities such as pool, restaurants, grocery, water sports! It was perfect for getting away and avoiding the chaos of the strip yet it’s close enough to run over and enjoy the evening. The host was superb with information and communicating with our group. Highly recommend and will def visit again!

We are Joe and Jean and our Lake Las Vegas Condo is a 2nd home. We love the Lake Las Vegas area for the amenities it offers. The Vegas Strip/Downtown, Lake Mead Recreational area, Hoover Dam and Valley of Fire State Park are just a few of the many sites and activities that we have enjoyed. We also take advantage of the many walking and biking paths in the area. Joe really enjoyed the fly boarding offered on Lake Las Vegas. When not staying at Casa Sudano, we are at home in California or traveling in our RV.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The Viera Condominums offers two beautiful pools and a large hot tub. One of the pools and the hot tub are heated year around. The Montelago Village, an easy five minute walk, offers several restaurants, pubs, and, Season's, a fully stocked grocery store and Deli. Las Vegas is about a 20 minute drive and offers almost anything anyone would desire.

There is free covered parking available.

At this time, there are no casinos within Lake Las Vegas. However, The Speakeasy will be a new gambling establishment that will be opening soon. For the those who want to gamble, there are numerous casinos located within eight to ten miles of Casa Sudano. Just minutes and easy walk from our condo, one can play darts or billiards at The Pub while sipping on a favorite craft beer. Or, enjoy sipping a margarita at Sonrisa’s Mexican Restaurant lively patio that regularly has live musical entertainment. The Village also offers fine dining at Mimi & Coco’s Bistro or Luna Rossa Italian Restaurant. Eating outside on a beautiful warm evening or day is just so enjoyable and relaxing.
