Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We’re so glad you enjoyed the property, especially the well-stocked kitchen, extra amenities, and overall comfort of the unit. We appreciate your comments and wanted to clarify a few things. Our maintenance team did come over to assist with the TV, and fortunately, the issue was related to operating the system rather than a malfunction. We understand that the TV controls can take some getting used to, and we appreciate your suggestion about providing more detailed instructions. Regarding cleanliness, we typically schedule our annual deep cleaning during November and December. That said, we certainly expect the unit to be properly cleaned between every guest stay, and we will address your concerns with our cleaning team. We also wanted to mention that there is a small, foldable luggage rack located in the closet for guest use. We're sorry it wasn't easier to locate during your stay. Thank you again for highlighting so many of the property's positive features. We're happy you found the unit comfortable and well-equipped, and we hope to welcome you back for another stay!

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re so happy to hear you had a wonderful stay—and that your great grandson declared it his favorite beach house, that’s the best compliment we could ask for! We appreciate your feedback regarding the luggage carts. We do have a collapsible luggage cart that we provide in the unit for our guests. That information was in the listing and check-in information. We’d love to host you and your family again soon for another memorable beach getaway!

Thanks for the Amazing Review of the Island! This 3 bedroom condo is a show-stopper for sure! We hope that your family will come back again soon to make more beach memories with us.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the pools and kids’ swimming area. We are sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay. When you contacted us about the headboard, we offered to have someone come out and repair it, but you preferred not to have maintenance enter the condo during your stay. Had we known about the shower drainage issue or the lamps, we would have been happy to have maintenance take a look at those items as well. We always encourage guests to let us know about any issues during their stay so we have the opportunity to address them while they are there. Regarding the luggage, the owner has provided a luggage cart in the unit for guests to use, and this is noted in both the property description and the check-in information. We’re sorry if that information was overlooked. As for the parking garage, unfortunately, the garage and its design are managed by the property/HOA, and we do not have control over how parking or loading is handled, particularly during the peak season when the property is very busy. We certainly understand your frustration with the parking situation. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to clarify these items. We’re always happy to help resolve concerns during a guest’s stay whenever possible.
