WI FI ET TV DIRECTE. Ce chalet confortable de 4 chambres offre une terrasse avant, un porche blindé, une terrasse arrière privée spacieuse et un salon ouvert et spacieux. Idéalement situé sur Center Walk entre Beach Plum et Pepperidge Walks, vous n'êtes qu'à quatre maisons de l'océan et deux maisons de la baie. Notre accès à la baie dispose d'une plage de sable unique - idéale pour les petits enfants. Le chalet est entouré d'arbres adultes offrant à la fois de l'ombre et de l'intimité. Le salon a une grande table avec des sièges pour 10, un bar avec dessus de bloc de boucher et tabourets, DirecTV à écran plat et un poêle Franklin. La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour tous vos besoins de cuisine. Le pont arrière adapté aux enfants, accessible par l'avant et l'arrière, dispose d'une douche extérieure, d'un barbecue à gaz et d'une table de pique-nique. Toutes les chambres ont deux lits jumeaux. Des ventilateurs sont fournis pour toutes les chambres. La salle de bain a une nouvelle douche. Cette maison est idéale pour une famille ou des adultes matures. Updated, clean cozy beach house

The owner was so easy to work with and the house is very well equipped. One of the nicer homes we’ve stayed in at Davis Park. It does only sleep 6 with one bath so it works well for smaller family. Close to the ocean and bay is a plus! Already trying to book next year

Perfect Beach House

We spent 8 beautiful days at Davis Park in this charming beach house. The house is just perfect! Close to the ocean and the bay. It had everything we needed. We will be returning!

The perfect vacation

My family and I stayed at this lovely house for a week in August 2021. Located on center walk, it is very convenient with multiple options to access both the ocean and the bay. This house is not too far from the marina, store and ferry. We were concerned about noise with the location on center walk, but it was perfect. The tree cover gives both privacy and shade. The screen room is a great option! The owner was so easy to work with throughout the entire rental process. The house is a beach bungalow with many recent upgrades. . The layout of the house was perfect for my husband and I and our 3 teenagers. We were able to have a comfortable and carefree week. I would definitely rent this Davis Park beach house again.

Unforgettable beach week with family

Our week at Davis couldn’t have been better. When we weren’t at the beach or out on the bay, we were grateful for the comfortable beds, the kitchen, and especially the back deck. We hope to be able to stay again!

Perfect location !

Stayed with my family and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us with extra space. House is well-equipped and host was very reachable and accommodating. I’d definitely stay here again.

Charming beach house

The house is charming - simple but well laid out. Great for 8 people. The kitchen has all the basics. There is bar seating in kitchen- open to dining area, family room which leads to screened in porch (where we spent many evenings). The trees shading backyard keep it cool on hot summer days. Love the outdoor shower. Easy walk to ocean, marina, Harbor Store, Casino (bar), etc. look forward to returning to this little gem.

Great space and perfect location

I stayed here for 2 weeks with my husband and 3 kids. The house is rustic but very clean and has plenty of room. Our kids each had their own space. Being on a main walk I worried it might be too noisy but it was not at all because it is toward the end walks and was actually very quiet. The location was very convenient. The owners are also very pleasant and easy. I am returning this year for a 'girls week' with my friends. I would and have recommended this house to friends.

We loved our stay at this propoerty. Clean, great customer service, awesome outdoor shower, close to everything, a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend, as it is central to all the activity that Davis Park provides. We especially enjoyed the kitchen bar, the screened porch and the back deck. A great cottage, close to everything and great for families.

Comfy and cozy

I've stayed at this house several years now, pre, post and in season. It's an ideal place to get away from it all. Clean, comfortable, and cozy. Minutes to the store and restaurant, and steps from the bay and beach. The screened in porch is great for keeping out mosquitoes, and allowing for privacy while lounging outside. The back deck is great, too, with a picnic table and magical outdoor shower. Relax, listen to the waves and the cicadas. Watch the dragonflies and butterflies migrate. I'd stay there all summer if I could.

My wife and I stayed here august 19 to the 26. All i can say is that this house was awesome, clean, private, quiet, and what i love the most about this house is the outdoor shower on the deck. We love it here and we are coming back next summer hopefully for two weeks..This place is like paradise and the owners of the house are amazing people. they were very friendly and helpful with information regarding fire island. If you are looking to get away from all of the stress of life this is the place where you can be at peace and enjoy life to the fullest...I absolutely recommend this house....We can't wait to go back....the house pretty much has everything you need to cook....excellent house..we love it here

Beach house at Davis Park, Fire Island

My wife and I were very happy during our stay at the house. It was perfect for a beach vacation. The description and ammenities were all accurate as listed and also fully equipped in the kitchen. Very clean and well maintained. Owners were very quick to answer questions and couldn't be more helpful. I would recommend this to anyone that enjoys a beautiful and relaxing beach vacation. Have to mention the spectacular sunsets!

I live in New Jersey and purchased this house with my husband in the late 1960's. We have made many improvements on the property over the years and the house has been totally renovated in 2023.

This house was all new in 2023! The new white shiplap walls, exposed vaulted ceilings and new hardwood oak floors make the house feel brighter and larger. Also unique are the new screened-in front porch, the proximity to great beaches on both the bay and the ocean, and the many paintings of shore scenes throughout the house. We use this house ourselves so the kitchen is very well equipped for all your cooking needs.
