Waterfront, private beach on the Great South Bay with fantastic sunset views

The Boathouse juts out onto the bay with tremendous views and incredible breezes. The perfect place to unwind, relax, enjoy swimming in crystal clear water from private bay beach and short walk to beautiful ocean beach to find sea shells and sand dollars.

Open space with wall glass views. All kitchen, bath and beach amenities are available. Inside dining room table seats 8 people, a kitchen counter with stools and dishwasher. TV with satellite and internet. Large gas grill, amazing outdoor shower and ceiling fan in each room and standing fan.

Four bedrooms: 1 queen, 3 full and 1 twin roll out bed.

Wrap around deck on top level with 3 outdoor tables and 5 Adirondack chairs. Lower level deck has a dock jutting out onto bay and private sand beach.

Short walk to ferry, market store and grill and Casino cafe restaurant

*House will be thoroughly disinfected between rentals. Masks and gloves will be provided.

Absolutely Perfect Beach Vacation Home!

Absolutely loved The Boat House!! The owner of the property couldn't be nicer, and the home is stunning. My family and I had a wonderful stay, and would highly recommend this vacation home!

We just finished our week long stay at this beautiful house & can’t wait to plan for next Summer. The house is beautiful & in such a perfect location. The owner was also incredibly helpful and made the rental process so easy. Looking forward to next Summer!

Fantastic! Beautiful sunsets!

Can't beat this location on Davis Park! Cozy house on the bay so you don't miss a sunset. The full wrap around deck is amazing. Homeowner was so kind and generous, she met us at the dock with a big cart for all our belongings/food, and was kind enough to return some things we left behind after our trip. The house itself was fully stocked with necessities, even masks and sanitizer! Linens, towels, beach chairs/umbrellas, boogie boards, all provided. The bedrooms were comfy and nicely decorated. The outside shower provides the best shower ever! Location was perfect. Close enough to the ferry and a short boardwalk to the ocean side. Kids all had a wonderful time. We would absolutely love to stay at this home again. Considering reserving for next year if she'll have us again :)

Spectacular stay!

The house couldn’t be more perfect! The location on the bay with it’s own private beach was amazing. The water was crystal clear. Kayaking, paddle boarding and a huge float were there for us to use. The host has thought of every detail to make your stay here unforgettable! The sun sets were some of the most beautiful we have ever seen. I highly recommend staying here!

Great house on the bay

House provided a great vacation for my family, kids loved being on the bay. The sunsets were unbelievable on 2nd story deck. Has all the amenities and beach gear you need.

Family Getaway

We couldn’t have had a more perfect time at the Boathouse. Our three young kids had their own private beach on the bay that allowed them to spend all day in the sand and water without worry. The breeze coming through the house all week was amazing and you can’t beat the views from the “bow” of the house. We will absolutely look to stay here again
