Relaxing Lake House - Enjoy the Sun and Fun!!!

Wade in the water and relax by the lake while taking in the gorgeous scenery from the expansive deck. Watch cranes, geese and eagles fly around, kayak and canoe around the lake, go fishing in the well stocked lake or just lay in the sun and melt away the stress.

Very cute 2 bedroom, 1 bath house with heat, central AC and WiFi on private Tuscarora Lake. This house can sleep 4 - 5 people, has a full kitchen, wet bar, washing machine and dryer and kayaks, canoe and fishing poles.

Close by are also some of the best parks for hiking along with fantastic restaurants, shopping and much, much more!

This pet-friendly lake house was very clean, cozy, spacious. It was fully stocked with anything we needed and was nicely decorated. The view and amenities were wonderful. We had a lovely weekend and can't wait to go back!

Great relaxing cottage

The host Troy was great at communicating with us before arrival and during checkin. The house was clean, comfortable and had a great location on the lake. Highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing few days.

Perfect spot!

We needed a spot to attend a family memorial in the area. This house was a perfect selection. The weather was a little too wet and chilly to take advantage of the lake fully, unfortunately! But we couldn’t have asked for more with the house and the ease of stay. We appreciated every little touch!

Cabin/house is perfect for a weekend (or longer if you can) getaway, beautiful spot right on the water. Owner is very attentive and easy to work with. Will definitely stay again if we’re ever in the area.

Easy Breezy Wedding Day!

Amazing experience! We stayed hear for graduation weekend and it was just the best!

Great view. Lovely home. Well equipped kitchen (found everything we needed as we made a full meal). Great place to get away. For us it was close to Colgate University (20 minutes). Fall colors were lovely. Might have to come back for a summer visit since we didn’t brave kayaking on the lake this time.

Absolute Perfection!

We came up to the area for our son's graduation from Colgate University and really enjoyed our stay. Troy was very responsive and accommodating. The home was spacious, clean and had everything we could possibly need. And the weather cooperated enough that we could spend a little time on the water in the canoe and kayak! Loved this gem of a rental

This property is amazing. Gorgeous lake frontage & lake views. House is just as described. Very clean, nicely decorated & updated. Kitchen & bathroom are well stocked. All you need to bring: clothes, personal care items & food! We were completely at home & relaxed the entire stay. It was hot and humid (plus some rain) the week we were there. The large covered decks and central air kept us dry and comfortable! Troy was a gracious and considerate host. We definitely want to come back! Highly recommend this rental. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Tranquility in the rolling hills of Central NY

Although we were not blessed with good weather, we had a relaxing time lounging on the deck overlooking a picturesque lake. We visited one of local orchards and I purchased a large bag of McIntosh apples which will be made into applesauce and apple pies when I get home. I especially want to give kiddos to the owner. I have been spending time on a lake every summer for over 25 years but never booked using an online service before. I contacted the owner multiple times. He was charming and gracious every time.

It was a pleasure from the moment we arrived until we packed and left. Just a lovely home with everything we could have wanted for reuniting with our kid in nearby College. And spending Thanksgiving weekend. Cazenovia a short drive and many adorable towns and hiking and scenic drives. High high recos. Want to return in Summer

Awesome!

My wife and I have experienced several vrbo stays since inception. Troy's lake house is definitely one at the top. Everything is amazing from first communication to final checkout. You will basically not want for anything as all is there. Cleanleness is tops.Anytime we had communication with Troy it was very fast and easy. Also being directly on Tuscarora Lake tops it off. We stayed a little over 3 weeks without any issues. Definitely will stay again. Thanks Troy!
