Cottage at Mystic Mountain.

A cozy cottage on the border of Deruyter Forest and Cazenovia. The panoramic views of the rolling hills and lakes make this the perfect getaway to explore nature. The cottage is 10 minutes from Delphi Falls, 15 minutes from Cazenovia and 20 minutes from Chittenango Falls State Park. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the other is an office space with a twin-sized bed. The living room in the summer is a perfect place to enjoy the view. There is a whole house RO system. Four-wheel or all wheel drive is necessary to get up the steep driveway.
*There is a ring camera at the front door pointed towards the driveway.

Great Cottage!

Great spot with all the things you need. Had family plans in the area and this was so convenient vs staying in Cortland or Syracuse.

Mystic Mt. Cottage

If you're looking for a quiet break in a country setting, it would be hard to beat this property. The cottage itself is charming and relatively well equipped. The host is accessible and responsive, and the pastoral view from the property we never tired of during a 2 month stay. The beds are comfortable and everything works The only less than perfect issues to consider are relatively low head room upstairs(although, to be fair, I am 6'4") and upstairs bed rooms- downstairs bath. Great stay. Check it out.....you won't regret it

Cottage at Mystic Mountain New Woodstock, NY-Near Cazenovia

Cute cottage. Amenities fine. The area has LOTS of fun attractions--hiking, wineries, breweries, distilleries, restaurants, fishing, boating. Should like a somewhat rustic experience including well/spring water in kitchen that is just a bit sulphury smelling. Bring bottled water for cooking and coffee-tea, etc. Showering did not present the same degree of sulphur smell. Would go back!

Mystic Mountain stay

My brother and I stayed for 4 nights at the cottage. We had a great time. I’m an active person, towed the motorcycle, kayak and mountain bike. Used all with ease. Close by lakes for water sports, hilly region for the bike, loved the battery assist. The motorcycle riding was my fave !! The twistys, great condition roads, very little traffic (if any) made for fantastic motorcycle riding. Plenty of off road riding also. I own a dual/sport bike, hit plenty muddy trails. I (we) would go back. Easy communication with the owner, also. Thank you Sondra

Solo weekend stay

This $60/night, 2 bed 1 bath in New Woodstock, NY was just what I was looking for in a place to stay for 3 nights. The entire place was very clean and tidy with all the essentials you need. Communication with Sondra was always a few minutes response time and house instructions/rules were very clear and to the point. I would suggest they add better kitchen knives because I did a lot of cooking and the living room/kitchen can get a little bit chilly on freezing nights but overall a wonderful, comfortable little getaway and I would definitely recommend this listing to anyone! Thank you Sondra!

Family Get Away

Very Cozy and spacious place to stay, nicely decorated and has everything you need for your stay.. It is tucked into the hillside with a wonderful view of the valley and surrounding countryside. very enjoyable and relaxing! Owner very helpful when called upon.

Amazing Retreat!!!

This cottage was the perfect fit for my sister and me! We flew into Syracuse to see family and needed a place to stay that was safe, clean, and outfitted with the necessities (sheets, towels, etc...). This cottage exceeded our hopes! It has an amazing view, fully functional systems, and very clean and comfortable! We loved it!

Great place

I really loved staying at this cottage, I received it extremely clean and neat upon my arrival. The neighborhood is very quiet and calm. Alot of beautiful trails and waterfalls nearby. I highly recommend this cottage and I would definitely stay here again.
