White Heron Cottage a été entièrement rénové avec air conditionné, planchers de bois franc, fraîchement peint, mobilier neuf et t v.

Détendez-vous sur la grande terrasse surplombant l'étang serein de Leland et allumez le grill disponible.
Une chambre avec lit queen et salle de bain complète avec douche. Méridienne dans le salon avec lit simple gigogne en dessous pour un couchage supplémentaire. Tous les draps fournis. Accueillira 4 confortablement. TV à écran plat.

Cuisine entièrement fonctionnelle: cuisinière à gaz 5 feux, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, cafetière, grille-pain, ustensiles de cuisine, vaisselle, quelques épices, grill, foyer, radeau flottant, quai, immense terrasse, parking pour 3 voitures.

Toutes les nouvelles chambres à air (6) et une bonne vieille chambre à air pour flotter autour de cet étang merveilleusement calme, pittoresque et entouré par la nature. Il s'agit d'un étang glaciaire de bouilloire qui est de 50 pieds de profondeur au centre et une destination de pêche très populaire. Il n'y a pas de grands bateaux à moteur, juste de petits bateaux à moteur, des kayaks, des canoës, des planches à pagaie et des tubes !!!! Idéal pour une escapade tranquille.

This is our fifth year coming to the cottage and we just love how homey it feels. Vera is a spectacular host and always has the cottage clean and welcoming each time we come. The house is equipped with everything you would need for a relaxing stay including toys to play with on the pond if you don’t bring your own! We love that we’re so close to Hamilton for shopping as well as Ray Brothers for BBQ and the Trading Post for ice cream. The perfect oasis for a peaceful getaway! You will fall in love with it just like we did!

Home was beautifully appointed with great views of the pond. Weather didn’t cooperate but we would have loved to use the kayaks.

Beautiful house in a spectacular setting overlooking the lake. We were very comfortable and appreciated the obvious thought and effort the owners have taken to make the house a wonderful place to stay. The air conditioning worked very well during the near record high temperatures we experienced. Loved my peaceful mornings eating breakfast on the deck overlooking the lake. Enjoyed the antique shops nearby in Bouckville. We appreciated that the owners provided a great deal of bottled water which we used for drinking and cooking.

Cozy cottage on a beautiful lake, very close to Colgate Univ.

We have stayed in this cottage 4 times now and each visit gets better as the hosts are always finding ways to make things nicer for their guests. Highly recommend.

Relaxing Retreat

We spent 4 days visiting family in the area. The house was spacious and spotlessly clean with a beautiful view of Leland Pond. We enjoyed the quiet woodland setting. Communicating with Vera and checking in were super easy. We will definitely stay there again.

This is our fifth year staying at this fabulous cottage. Every year something new is done to make our stay more pleasurable. The cottage is immaculately kept, amazing location and absolutely everything you need for some rest and relaxation. The host are always so accommodating and incredibly efficient. Second year visiting family & shopping MB antique week. The cottage is perfect for my 90 year old mother. The weather was perfect & we enjoyed 4 evenings looking at the sun setting on Leland Pond. We plan to be back. The cottage is well outfitted, clean, & comfortable. Just lovely.

Perfect stay!

We rented this cottage for Colgate commencement weekend and it could not have been more perfect. Close to town on a lovely lake. Cottage was well appointed with everything we needed. We even had a break between commencement events to enjoy kayaking. Thank you!!

Love this Lake Cottage

This place is perfect. We have stayed a couple times while visiting our Colgate student. I only regret that it was already booked for many of our visits. It is right on Leland Pond and has everything you could possibly need- including Kayaks and SUPS and the little lake is so pretty. Waking up to the water views are magical. The place is pristine and the Host is incredibly responsive and so kind and helpful. You will not regret staying here.

I have lived in this area my entire life and love the many lakes and rolling hills. I finally realized one of my dreams of owning a cottage on a lake! I couldn't have found a more perfect fit at Leland Pond. I have three daughters and one granddaughter who will be enjoying the cottage occasionally. Travelers needing a quiet, clean home away from home can rent for 2 days or a week!
