We appreciate your comments about the towels and washcloths, please note however that all our listings outline the number of amenities included in our starter kit so guests can plan accordingly. Regarding the beach, we understand your concerns about the crowding and rental chair setup. The beach is private to the complex but, as you noted, is also shared with renters from nearby properties, which can lead to higher occupancy and limited space during peak times. We realize this can impact the overall experience and regret any disappointment it caused. Your observations about chair rentals and beach layout are very helpful, and we will share them with the property owners and community management to explore ways to improve guest comfort and clarity in the future.
