Hali'i Kai possÚde les meilleurs équipements de l'Ocean Club avec sa piscine de style complexe à plusieurs niveaux avec des chaises longues aqua. Les clients adorent le café et le bar au bord de la piscine qui plaßt continuellement ... servant une cuisine de style hawaïen et asiatique-pacifique et des boissons tropicales exotiques.

Il s'agit d'une unité au rez-de-chaussée, facilement accessible et à quelques pas de l'Ocean Club. Les équipements comprennent un mobilier design, un réfrigérateur Sub Zero en acier inoxydable, une cuisiniÚre et une plaque de cuisson Wolfe et des comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine. Le salon et chaque chambre ont des ventilateurs de plafond et des téléviseurs à écran plat HDTV et DVD. La véranda couverte dispose d'un ventilateur de plafond, d'un réfrigérateur avec minibar et d'un barbecue privé.

The unit was great. It had everything we needed and the included starter items like paper towels, toilet paper, a day of coffee, and toiletries like shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Location was excellent! Very close to the pool and gym. Only negative was that the grill wasn’t working. Only 1 burner worked and it wouldn’t get hot enough to cook our chicken.

Great location!

The condo was perfect for our stay. The layout was just what we needed and perfectly appointed. You really couldn't beat the location. The was a great view of the ocean and sunsets from the patio and it was just a short walk from the pool, gym and club house. It was just what we were looking for.

We loved our stay at this property! An absolutely wonderful and beautiful neighborhood amidst resort amenities. The pool was lovely with great sunsets. And we loved the restaurant (especially the Happy Hour mai tais). Would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful View

This was an amazing place. Beautiful view as you wan in and the pool is right on the water and we could walk right out the back slider to it without getting into a car. We loved all the supplies from kitchen to beach equipment.

Great Location

This unit is a 2 minute walk to Ocean Club. The patio has unobstructed views. I would definitely use it again.

Nice stay.. a little disappointed

We have stayed in 3 other units in Halii Kai. We love the atmosphere and care of complex and feel Halii Kai owners take pride in their units. We were a little disappointed in 16C. As another review stated the unit needs some attention. Dirty stained carpet, dirty couch, noisy washer, shower needs deep cleaning, & the furniture is looking worn. We did have a ant problem in bedroom but Halii Kai sent someone out and handled it. That said the kitchen was in great condition and quality appliances. Salt and pepper was not supplied. Location was great for pool and restaurant. Restaurant food and service were excellent.

Overall an amazing little spot!

Overall, the condo and complex were great. This was our second time staying in Halii Kai, so we knew what to expect. Location - We really loved the location with the slight ocean view from the patio. We would spend the morning drinking coffee and catching up on work. It is so close to the pool/bar/gym so super easy to walk with the littles. The big crash lawn was perfect to let the kids run around and play soccer. The entire complex is also super close to the shops so that’s convenient for a quick grocery or coffee run.Condo - the layout of the condo was super nice for our little fam. We had some struggles with the internet and the property manager took care of it

Wonderful week in Waikoloa

We loved the location. A majority of the time there we cooked and enjoyed the high end appliances. It was nice to have all the amenities nearby. Although we had to drive to beaches, we found some beaches that were not crowded. We would stay here again.

Repeat customers for life!

We absolutely love Hali'i Kai and 16c for our Big Island stays. The resort is always peaceful and serene, the condos are clean and always have a lot of nice touches that enhance our stay such as laundry, extra snorkel gear and beach towels. The pool food and drinks are fairly reasonable compared to other places in the area and the pool itself is always wonderful to catch a sunset at. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Fabulous week

The property was safe and clean. The condo was extremely well appointed, clean, and well stocked. The rooms were great and the bathrooms were lovely. We used the lanai in the morning to look over at the ocean with our coffee. I would absolutely recommend 16c and hope to get back there again soon! Location was great for all of our daily excursions.

Wonderful Stay

Hali’I Kai 16C and the Hali’I Kai Ocean Club was a dream. The property was beautiful and the accommodations were impeccable. Loved the pool with the grandson and I loved the early morning walks on the Ala Kahakai (Kings Trail) over to the Hilton to see the dolphins. Kathy with a “K” was a hot and a pleasure at the Ocean Club. 16C had everything we needed. Comfy beds and patio furniture. Grilled each night and it was a most memorable and relaxing stay on the Big Island. To top it off, our daughter’s boyfriend proposed to our daughter at the property
.it was a very memorable trip, and we and we cannot wait to return. Best trip ever!

Happy with our stay. However the master bedroom king bed is worn out and needs replacement. Had a plumbing issue, bathtub drain was clogged. Maid should have known when it was cleaned. However did get immediate plumbing help.
