The very-private back yard is a your retreat with a beautiful pool, separate hot tub, tiki-bar, golf putting green, sports court, trampoline, corn hole and bocce sets, and tree house. The inside also offers many forms of entertainment including an 11’ shuffleboard table, Pirates of the Caribbean pin ball machine, and 88” TV. All of this in a beautiful neighborhood conveniently located just minutes from downtown.
The kitchen features beautiful quartzite countertops and state of the art appliances, including a commercial grade range/oven. There are ice makers in kitchen and pool-side tiki bar so you’ll never run out of ice! For cooking-in the patio also offers you 3 choices in grills: built in gas grill, Tex-Rex pellet grill and a big green egg as well as a pizza oven.
Inside there is plenty of room for dining in the dining room that can comfortably seat 8, 4 at the kitchen table, and 4 more at the bar stools overlooking walnut countertop in the kitchen.
There are 5 bedrooms in the single-store 5000sq/ft home.
Master bedroom - King size bed and flat screen TV. Master Bathroom has Jacuzzi jet tub, separate walk-in shower, and separate vanities.
Bedroom Two – Bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom (room for 2 children or 1 adult) and twin on top.
Bedroom Three – Queen bed

We also provide a queen size inflatable mattress if you need even more room for people to sleep!
For your convenience there is a large laundry room with oversized washer and dryer.
There are hooks on the walls to hang pool towels as this laundry room is directly accessible from the pool area.
Wifi is available throughout the house and yard. There are 3 different Nest AC/Heating units so every area of the house can be temperature controlled to your liking.
The driveway has room for multiple cars and there is also ample free street parking.
