Exceptional property, views are breathtaking, owner is nearby and always accessible. Went above and beyond to help with our stay, checked in regularly (very respectful, felt like we were getting Four Seasons level of service) - and made the stay very enjoyable. We ended up eating at the house most evenings as the kitchen lends itself so well to group dinners (despite great dining options nearby and in Austin), and the BBQ is great. The indoor/outdoor space is perfect for group social activity. Would highly recommend.

Just what we needed - beautiful home surrounded by gorgeous views, total privacy and amazing peacefulness. We had a private chef who worked in the kitchen and was impressed with how well equipped the place was and the quality of everything on the home is top notch. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would definitely stay again.

Absolutely beautiful home with outstanding communication. Bedrooms and bathrooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. Be sure to find the placard with instructions for operating all the smart home features. And you must take advantage of the breathtaking sunsets from the main level deck.

Great house and property for a large family. We gathered here for Thanksgiving with seven adults and had plenty of room. The trails were nice to walk as well. Only 30 min from downtown Austin.

Beautiful home and wonderful views

Every room had a great view. The pool and hot tub were great for the kids. Open concept allowed space for big family gatherings and game nights. Kurt was very responsive and helpful. The backyard has great trails for exploring down to the creek in the back of the property. It was very peaceful and the butterflies and birds were awesome to watch.

Breath taking home and property, not one detail was overlooked here! Conveniently located near many tourist attractions and everything else Austin and Dripping Springs has to offer. Enjoyed the home as well as the friendly hospitality of the owner, would definitely consider returning soon.
