Le cadre est dans un paisible village de pĂȘcheurs Ă  proximitĂ© du parc national d'Acadia et du littoral du Maine. Rocky Woods Cabin a toutes les commoditĂ©s pour rendre votre sĂ©jour confortable dans un cadre rustique. La cabine est rehaussĂ©e d'une belle cheminĂ©e en pierre, de planchers en bois de pin citrouille, d'une cuisine traditionnelle et de lits confortables ... le tout dans un cadre champĂȘtre pour rendre vos vacances parfaites.
Des sentiers uniques dans toute la propriété sont disponibles pour la randonnée. AccÚs avant à l'eau salée pour les kayaks prÚs de la cabine. Rocky Woods Cabin fournit un grill extérieur et un foyer pour le plaisir du soir.
Notre cabane en rondins est situĂ©e prĂšs du parc national Acadia Ă  Schoodic Point et Ă  env. À 45 miles de Bar Harbor. Les pistes cyclables sont Ă  15 minutes sur les pistes cyclables de Schoodic Point qui serpentent autour de la cĂŽte. Notre emplacement est unique et dans le village de Corea by the Sea. Visites de pĂȘche au homard disponibles dans le village. Voyages Ă  Bar Harbor par voie terrestre et maritime Ă  proximitĂ©.

My wife and I have stayed here several times and have always left feeling refreshed. You feel completely immersed in the scenery. You hear nothing but the soothing sounds of nature. The host is amazing and the cabin has everything you could ever ask for. I can’t recommend staying here enough and look forward to many more stays in the future.

Beautiful respite

This property is beautiful, every detail thought out, relaxing, and restorative for our family of 5. We were able to explore the Schoodic Peninsula and Acadia all while having the freedom to cook in our own kitchen and relax at “home” in the evenings. The host goes way above and beyond and responded immediately to any need or concern we had during our stay.

Maine Summer Escape

We spent 6 weeks of Summer here and loved everything about it. Down East Maine, the great weather, friendly people, access to Acadia, Schoodic, Bar Harbor, and many smaller harbor towns along the coast. The property was exactly what we wanted, secluded but close enough to get to everything. Fantastic cabin with all the amenities. We will be back.

Great Cabin

Cabin was great overall and was evident that a lot of thought went into the details. My only complaint was that there was not much light in the bedrooms and was difficult to move around in the bedrooms to get dressed.

Awesome cabin!

My wife and I had an amazing time at this cabin. The host is extremely accommodating. Everything you need is there. The cabin itself is private and gives you an immersive nature experience. We have stayed twice already and plan to again!

Good morning Alice, we got in last night (this morning) around 1am.....Your cabin is AMAZING. My adult son & daughter in law want me to buy it. LOL. We had so much fun but especially we enjoyed the firepit family time. (You'll need to replenish the wood!). My 3year old grandson loved the 'treats' you left him and his hide-a-way fort at the top of the stairs. My daughter peaked at the mattress tag of the king bed so she can order herself one............so comfortable :) The decor was so great, I loved it. Fairytale cabin

Great Location and close to the beach.

Beautiful place and the water is so close. The local towns are so quaint and the best places to get lobster if you wish is the off beat places and not the big name restaurants.

This was our second stay at Rocky Wood Cabin. It is a beautifully rustic (but with all the modern amenities), low level lighting cabin that sits only a few minutes from the highway. It is a great place to relax, rejuvenate in nature, stargaze, read, play games and enjoy life. After our first visit, we knew we would want to stay again. Everything about the property is perfect. It is clean, comfortable, and feels like home. Alice and Kyle are very responsive and communicate all the details needed to enjoy the stay. Thank you to Alice and her husband for sharing their property and allowing those of us to live out our dream of living in the Maine Woods (even if it is just for a long weekend)!

The perfect place to relax and get away

What’s fabulous property! The little tings most people don’t consider where taken care of from top to bottom. We were lucky enough to spend a cozy three nights alone to explore the property and Bar Harbor. The cabin was even decorated for Christmas!

Alice and Kyle did an amazing job with the cabin! They thought of everything little detail from the amenities down to the decor! My husband and I were looking for a relaxing get away and Rocky Woods Cabin was just that and more! On top of that, Alice is an amazing Host! We are a Maine couple that own a boat building business. Many years ago, we lived at this log cabin and brought our kids up in the Village of Corea by the Sea. Recently we had the opportunity to purchase this cabin on 40 acres. Since then, we have renovated the cabin and restored it to its unique charm. We are happy to share our home with travelers and know that each stay will be unique.

Rocky Woods Cabin is on 40 beautiful Maine acres that include trails and wildlife. The cabin has old fashion pumpkin pine floors, stone fireplace with gas stove, cozy bedrooms, open living room with warmth, and lots of kitchen comforts. The Cabin and travelers have access to waterfront, beach roaming, and kayaking. Fire pit on location with grill set up and wonderful sunsets.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Relaxation. Quiet hiking and wildlife sightings. Lobsterfishing tours close by. Bicycling country roads or bike paths close by. Not far from Acadia National Park and recreation...but far enough away to leave the traffic behind.
