Cottage de trois étages sur un terrain calme et serein donnant sur Prospect Harbour avec vue sur Corea. Descendez les marches courtes vers la scène océanique à couper le souffle. C'est le Maine classique; littoral accidenté et surf déferlant. Écoutez et regardez les pêcheurs de homard et les femmes pendant qu'ils tirent leurs casiers en se préparant à vous vendre le homard le plus frais du Maine. La maison a été construite en 2004 par un menuisier local qui fait partie de votre équipe de gestion de la maison! Cette maison est propre, dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, tous les draps, est bien entretenue et prête pour votre plaisir.
Pourquoi combattre la foule sur Mount Desert Island alors que vous pouvez rester sur la péninsule Schoodic et faire des excursions d'une journée à Bar Harbor? En outre, nous avons la belle section Schoodic de l'Acadie avec de belles pistes de randonnée et de vélo.

This property is an hour drive from the more popular area of Acadia. It’s in a beautiful area and right on the ocean- very nice. Very clean and pretty well stocked - a little short on towels for 5 people. Alison was wonderful to work with. Very friendly and paid attention to the details which is rare these days so we really appreciated that!

The property is as listed in the property description. The area is peaceful and the view of the golf/ocean is excellent. The living area was spacious for 4 of us. . The beds on the 3 rd floor are a nice addition but accessing them through the master could be tricky with a bigger group. Would make a good place for kids to stay. We had a great time putting a puzzle during our stay There are places to get food nearby and markets to buy necessities. Bigger grocery trips to Ellsworth is about a 45 min drive or there is a grocery store in Bar harbor if already making a trip there.

House was just as described. Wonderfully located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood with the bay just steps away. Host was very quick in any questions we had. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The location was great, very private and the view was awesome. The sunrises were spectacular and the house accommodated us all nicely. Bar Harbor is just a ferry ride away or you can drive. Acadia NP is a must see. We drove to Bangor and it was a very nice drive.

Perfect retreat for a sisters vacation

Beautiful home located on the water. Everything we needed for our stay was there. Kids loved tide pooling on the rocky beach. Enjoyed evenings around the fire pit with Smores. Great family place. Restaurants are limited but what was there was quite good.

This fully equipped house was better than promised! It was clean and beautiful and so comfortable.We loved staying here and the view was amazing!! It was easy to get to everywhere we needed to go from here and Alison was always easy to reach and pleasant. If I could give this a rating higher than 5 stars I certainly would! Three couples traveled to Maine for vacation and this home couldn't be any nicer. Very clean home with plenty of room for all of us, very well stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay, and a stunning location right on the water.

Relaxing location with great amenities

The house is in a great location and very relaxing. The fire pit was amazing to use and hearing the water and viewing the stars at night was wonderful! The house was great and had everything you need. Would highly recommend!

Super stay!

This is the place to be...plenty of privacy and ample space. Nine of us adults stayed very comfortably, enjoyed the property, the property manager, and the surrounding area. Loved it and highly recommend it!

Perfect location and lovely home

The place is just lovely, well-stocked, and clean. We enjoyed being right on the water and experiencing magnificent sunrises and sunsets. Alison was very helpful, making sure we had everything we needed and offering suggestions for restaurants and shopping.

This property is not far from stores that stock your basic needs but secluded enough to be a real hideaway. It is a fantastic home base for exploring or the perfect place for some serious down time. Kick those feet up and watch the boats go by as you listen to the gulls and the rolling or crashing waves.

Stunning views. Privately located but close enough to local restaurants, gas station, grocery stores. Right down the street from "The Pickled Wrinkle," the ever popular local pub where you will find locals and tourists mingling and dancing! This is a spacious house in good condition and the kitchen has all the equipment you need to prepare your own meals.
With a fire pit, picnic table, and patio chairs, gathering together at the end of a day of exploration is relaxing. And don't forget to look up!! Our night sky is amazing and we often see the milky way on clear nights.
