Êtes-vous quelqu'un qui apprécie et veut montrer aux autres la beauté et la tranquillité de cette incroyable pièce de détente du ciel? Aimez-vous le son d'un ruisseau de toute fenêtre ouverte dans la maison? Venez séjourner dans notre escapade paisible et propre! Nous l'aimons et savons que vous (et vos enfants ou petits-enfants) aussi.

Il est un pieds carrés retraite 1200, et a été détaillé pour rendre votre séjour confortable et inoubliable.

La maison elle-même dispose de deux chambres, une salle de bains et un salon avec deux futons - tous totalisant deux lits queen size, deux grands lits et deux lits jumeaux. La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour tous les repas, du café fraîchement moulu, un ski plaisir apres, ou d'un barbecue familial. La table de la cuisine se trouve à six, avec la pièce pour trois de plus à la barre de petit déjeuner. La maison se trouve sur plus d'un acre, qui se prête à de courtes ou de longues promenades, profiter du flux (qui fonctionne toute l'année, et se trouve à seulement verges de la maison), sentir l'air frais de la montagne, assis à l'extérieur et en lisant un livre - ou de faire une œuvre d'art!

La ville voisine de Salida possède de nombreuses activités: Galeries d'art à gogo, couverte de sources chaudes, bowling, écloserie, des lacs, vélo, randonnée, pêche à la mouche, le rafting, cave, théâtre, salle à manger, des pubs, des événements de l'été et de vacances, cheval équitation, karting équitation, raquette, motoneige. . . . Faire tout cela - et ensuite - en revenir à notre refuge et observer la faune, avoir un verre de vin par le courant, fers à cheval ou jouer badmitten, lire un livre, prendre des photos, voir un film, cuisiner un festin, écouter de la musique, et le sommeil au son de la Cherry Creek juste devant votre fenêtre. Nous avons la capacité livres, les films, la télévision par satellite, lecteur DVD et magnétoscope.

Ceci est un terrain de jeu toute l'année! Randonnées d'été, la lune d'hiver raquette (raquettes fournies pour les trois), chasse aux champignons, et tombent photographie couleur. Il n'y a jamais un mauvais moment pour visiter.

Pour les parents et grands-parents: Sachez qu'il ya des livres, des jouets et des jeux, un pack-n-play avec draps de son lit, salle de bains escabeau, et siège d'appoint pour qu'un peu!

This cabin is a treasure. It was very clean, kitchen well-stocked with essentials and Tanya was immediately responsive to inquiries and a delight. It is off the beaten path so was perfect for decompressing while at the same time close to restaurants, art galleries, stores, mountain hikes and drives if one wanted to venture out. We loved our time there!!

This is the perfect place to go if you need to escape and just BE. You can feel the love that has been built into this cabin. Incredibly clean, the host is absolutely wonderful, and the sound of the creek is *chef’s kiss*. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tanya's place! Cabin's nestled in the woods, the drive to it was beautiful, and LOVED the sound of the creek just outside the door. Tanja had very detailed instructions getting to the cabin, which we easily found. We only cooked breakfast, but the kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need... even coffee filters which I had forgotten! There was a CD player with A LOT of CDs, my husband loved going through them and listening while we played dominos (that we found in the game closet! ) Tanja called us beforehand with the code to the lockbox, No problem getting into the house. Tanja is such a sweetheart, we would def stay here again.

Can't find the words to describe how great this place was. The cabin was immaculate when we got there. The host was there every step of the way for us and extremely kind. The place was in the mountains so the only thing you can hear is the creek behind it. It was amazing.

Peaceful spot

We really enjoyed our stay in the cabin. Quiet and surrounded by trees, we liked watching birds and butterflies while sitting by the stream. The cabin was very clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed.

This is a very nice, quiet, peaceful cabin. The Arkansas River runs right in front and the rushing stream can be heard all night with the windows open. It's clean, offers a well-stocked kitchen, and more creature comforts than we were expecting. Great place to stay!

The host is great and genuinely cares about the experience of the guests! She’s taken great care to ensure that the cabin feels like home, from ample towels, purified water, quality dishes and cooking utensils, comfortable indoor and outdoor seating, cozy designing. The property is amazing! The cabin is cozy but big enough that you’re not tripping over each other, great star gazing, and zen inducing stream!

Fabulous Home

We had an absolutely amazing time in this cozy cabin! This cabin was conveniently close to both Salida and Canon City! The location of the cabin was perfectly tucked away in the mountain and the trickling creek was an added bonus.

Truly is a slice of heaven.

Really couldn’t have asked for a nicer, more peaceful place to just hang out for a few days. The morning coffee and evening chats on the deck while listening to the creek was priceless.

Beautiful getaway

This was a fantastic home away from home! The location was magical along side the creek, the owner was helpful and friendly, and the home itself was comfortable and so awesome! Make sure to do a day trip to Salida which is a beautiful artsy town!

I live in the Denver area, and love bringing my two children up to the cabin for weekend getaways. We use the cabin whenever we get a chance, but we also enjoy sharing it with other families! Through the years of renting out my cabin, I have met some really great people, and have "seen" families make some wonderful memories. There are many repeat guests who have made this special place a part of their family history.

The entire area offers an unlimited number of activities for couples, families, friends, and individuals. The views, the fresh air, the mountain smells, the rushing stream... how can you even narrow down the best part? As a family, we have had a number of unforgettable experiences -- from the white water rafting and ziplining to quiet family movie nights and night hikes. This area is hands down our favorite place to be... we plan our trips to the cabin as frequently as our schedule will allow... and we always have a difficult time leaving.

One of the best things about this cabin is the water! The stream and the sound of running water is truly relaxing. The house is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for the many activities the Salida area has to offer. It is perfect for a family, an adventurer, a fisher, a hiker, a cook, a napper, a cyclist, an artist, or a reader. Salida is a slice of heaven, and we know anyone who spends any time there would agree!
