Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement !!! Profitez de cette grande maison de ville récemment rénovée à quelques pas de la plage d'Englewood et à quelques minutes des restaurants, des magasins et de la musique !!!
Cette maison de ville de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain avec un loft est spacieuse pour que vous puissiez en profiter pendant vos vacances. Chaque chambre a un lit queen et à l'étage, il y a deux canapés-lits gigognes. Ne vous inquiétez jamais du stationnement dans le garage pour deux voitures sous votre condo. Des chaises de plage et d'autres équipements de plage sont dans le garage pour rendre votre séjour plus agréable. La piscine extérieure chauffée est à quelques pas du condo.

Excellent Location

The condo was in a perfect location. Across the street from the public beach and a short walking distance to the restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend the place and return myself.

Amazing location!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this townhouse! Our boys loves being close to the bay and fishing. We kayaked and explored the island. The beach is a 5 min walk and the water is so clear! This listing was so clean and had everything we needed

Hi Ragnar, I am so sorry to hear about your frustrations. The AC is controlled at the unit, and I do not look at it from Ohio unless someone asks me too. Unfortunately, with the two hurricanes that came through, this created several challenges that I had no control over. We made many accommodations to improve your stay there because of these challenges.

Exceptional!

If you want an amazing vacation, this is the place! Large, immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked condo in a private location. With a quiet pool, scenic Lemon Bay and dock on one side, beach right across the street!! Walking, hiking, biking, water activities, great dining options all very close by within walking distance! Aaron and Johanna very helpful and accommodating! We highly recommend this rental!

Perfect location

The title of this rental has it right! This is in the perfect location if you like being right across the street from the beach and being close to restaurants, shops, fresh seafood markets and anything else you may enjoy doing on your vacation. The rental is nicely equipped with everything you need for your stay including a beach wagon and chairs for relaxing on the beach. The furnishings were well taken care of and the upstairs has the perfect en-suite if you need a little quiet time. There were several times I needed to change our reservation for various reasons and Aaron was very accommodating and easy to work with. It was our first time to Manasota Key and I would definitely recommend this townhouse to anyone who is interested in staying in this area.

Perfect for our family!

The home was exactly as described. It was the perfect getaway for our family. My husband and I, and our three kids (14,12,11) had a wonderful time. Super comfy beds, clean home, community pool, garage (stocked with all your needs! Beach cart, chairs, skim boards, boogie boards, towels, etc!!) Just a short walk to the beach and nice and quiet at night! The best of both worlds for our family! We would definitely stay again!

Enjoy the Gulf and the Bay!

This townhouse is beautifully furnished in a nautical design and very comfortable. The beach on the Gulf is a 5 minute walk. Beach chairs and equipment are provided. At the rear of the property is a pool overlooking Lemon Bay. We very much enjoyed watching birds, dolphins and manatees. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. Sad to leave.

We are an active family that is always on the move between working and taking our kids to all their sporting events. We love spending time with friends and family. We have built some great memories at Live Oak Landings and Englewood beach and have found this place to be special to our family. Englewood Beach is a great way for us to reconnect and recharge.

Before we purchased this property we had stayed at Live Oak Landings several times. Over time we have built so many memories and fell in love with the area. When this condo went up for sale it just made sense for us to put some roots down at a place that had become so special to our family.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The location of this condo is amazing. Right across the street is the beach access. Every day, there is free beach yoga in the morning and also on Sunday evenings before sunset they have fun family activities on the beach. With only 23 condos in the complex, the pool feels like its your own private pool. The restaurants are only about a block away from our condo so when you want a night out, it makes it very convenient.
