Overall just ok. We were a little underwhelmed by the condo considering how high the reviews on here were (9.8/10) especially for the price. We had a lot of communication so felt like if we needed anything someone would have been available to help us. The location is probably the high point, not too far of a walk to the beach, the chairs and a wagon definitely made it a bit easier to enjoy. I'd say it took around 5 minutes to walk back and forth which wasn't terrible for us not having little kids. The condo itself was pretty dated and nothing was overly wow about it. I would highly recommend they put a king size bed in the main bedroom as it would fit and make the stay much more comfortable. The parking situation was kind of weird and difficult to navigate. Unfortunately there was construction at the restaurant next door which was obnoxiously loud so we retreated to the beach even though we were planning on hanging by the pool. I would also like to mention that if there are people in condo above you will absolutely hear their comings and goings. All in all, we found it to be an ok place in a cute town with limited options overall. Plan on going to the grocery store before you hit the island if you don't want to plan on going back out!

I have had the pleasure of staying here several times over the summer and just recently! The condo is so comfortable and relaxing and the amenities are to die for! The beautiful heated pool, the bay front dock and the short walk to the gorgeous beach. Anna is absolutely the most gracious host and always makes you feel special!! Thank you again for a glorious stay at your condo!! Counting the minutes till my next stay!!!

I just finished my second mini vacation here at Anna and Rick's place and it was spectacular! Communication is always exceptional, and the place is immaculate. Everything you need is here and the beachy decor is spectacular. The fishing pier is great and the short walk to the beach to watch some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world is awesome. The sparkling and spacious pool is always a treat and includes tables with umbrella's if you need to get out of the sun. I will be back!!! Thank you, Anna, and Rick!!

Beautiful condo. Furniture and beds were extra comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals if you cook in. We ate out mostly as restaurants are easy to walk to. The beach acccess is really nice, and just across the road. Recommend this as a quality rental.

My family had a fabulous stay at this wonderful place! The beautifully decorated and immaculate beach home was well stocked with everything you could think of and more. For the outside, it had a beach cart, beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella, and more for us to use. The dock was a big hit where we caught a 26" Snook as well as Mangrove Snappers. The pool was crystal clear and of very good size. It also was stocked with outside floating devices, pool noodles and tables with umbrellas. Historic Stump pass and new Milton pass were just a short boat ride away. The condo is within walking distance of several very good restaurants. Ms. Anna is an excellent communicator and made sure we were perfectly accommodated. Lastly, was the short walk to the most beautiful beach in the world! Definitely will stay here again!!!

Great Stay!

Perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. The house was very clean and all the extras in the kitchen were nice. Also, beach essentials are onsite so no need to bring much. Found lots of sharks teeth too!

Manasota Beach Stay

Anna’s beach condo was exactly as advertised. The condo is well stocked and clean. Manasota Key is still recovering from the hurricanes, so the beach was not accessible for our visit. There are a few restaurants that are walkable from the condo that are open again. We enjoyed the ability to park our car and walk to have food and drink. If you are interested in cooking your meals, the condo has everything you need to create and enjoy meals. We will definitely return!

Nice condo

The condo was very pretty, close to the beach and restaurants. The bottom floor didn’t have the best view as you were in the parking lot. The view from the living room deck was of a burned out building.

Great place to stay

Everything with this property was great! From location to cleanliness it was all A+. This property has it all, including chairs/umbrella/buggy and cooler for the beach. There was nothing we needed that this place didn’t already have. We were also surprised to see even the bed was a sleepnumber! Location to the beach was excellent as it was far enough from the public beach that it wasn’t crowded at all. Easily within walking distance to restaurants and bars as well. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful mother/daughter weekend!!!

The property was adorable: clean, comfy and well decorated. Perfect for a small family/friends retreat. The location is near restaurants and beaches of this quaint little beach town. This is where you go to get away from the hustle and bustle! Thank you Anna for all your help!

2C Unit - Cozy and Convenient

We are from Orlando and did a 3 night stay here before school started. Anna was very communicative and very easy to work with. Space was just enough for our family of four, close enough for a short walk across the street to get to the beach and a short drive to restaurants. Would certainly stay here again.

Lovely beach get-away

This was our first time staying at Manasota key. The property was clean and bright and had everything we needed for our stay. Having the beach chairs, cooler and fishing poles were nice as well. We really enjoyed the dock on the bay and the kids were in the swimming pool every day.

Rick and I bought our first home in Florida in 2020. We joined the 2020 work from anywhere movement so now we can live our dream of living where we want and travelling all over. We are back and forth between Florida and Virginia. We are very active and love to travel, bike, hike and kayak. We also have an RV and have traveled all over the US and Canada! We love to meet new people, trying new foods, discovering new areas (being a "local"), and making memories. Thank you so much for considering our home for your next vacation!
