Condo 2 lits �� quelques pas du sable!

Très belle maison de ville de deux chambres et deux salles de bain, située à l'extrémité sud d'Horizon Sud. Cette unité peut accueillir 8 et dispose d'un lit queen dans le maître, (2) doubles dans le loft, et un canapé queen size dormir dans le salon. Le salon et la salle à manger sont assez spacieux avec une télévision à écran plat, un lecteur DVD et une table à manger pouvant accueillir 4 personnes. Les autres caractéristiques comprennent une cuisine entièrement équipée, laveuse et s���cheuse et un patio privé.

Horizon South possède 4 piscines chauffées en saison. Vous pourrez vous détendre dans les bains à remous ou vous défier pour une partie de tennis, de jeu de palets ou de putt-putt, qui sont tous situés sur place. Une connexion Wi-Fi est également disponible gratuitement au club-house. Pier Park, à seulement 3,2 km d'Horizon Sud, propose des boutiques, des divertissements et des restaurants. Une épicerie locale et Walmart sont également idéalement situés à ce complexe de condominiums. Situé à l'extrémité ouest sereine de Panama City Beach, vous êtes à quelques minutes du golf de championnat, des chartes de pêche en haute mer, de St. Andrew's State Park, Frank Brown Park et Gulf World Marine Park. Vous serez au centre de tout cela, mais à un autre monde!

Property was clean, cozy and had all amenities we needed. Came fully furnished with a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The community pool was clean and spacious. The front office was very kind and helpful the entire experience. Would recommend for a vaca spot!

This property is in some dire need of some small renovations and updates and we enjoyed our stay for the most part. However, the last night we were there I saw two different cockroaches and got pictures. I contacted VRBO to contact the host. Also contacted the host myself both VRBO and myself were unsuccessful in contacting the host to deal with the roach issue. I’m going to provide pictures as these are things that need to be fixed and updated and I highly recommend VRBO to take this property down off of their website.

All in all everyone enjoyed themselves and 52a was very nice we could have used some pillowcases for the pillows The upstairs beds squeaked And the upstairs sink facuet leaked We felt like salt pepper oil and paper plates could have been already stocked

The staff at Horizon South was wonderful, very helpful and accomadating. The condo was clean, and in a great location. Although it needs updating and the downstairs shower is broken. The only reason it did not get a 5.

Update putt-putt golf course, have equipment available for golf, tennis and shuffle board. Let renters know about the parking and pool bracelet required for 25 each. Unit had appropriate decor and comfortable beds. A bit short on silverware but had other kitchen necessities. Good location and nice pools.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay at Horizon South. It’s in a great location to get to the beach and Pier Park. The rental agency was very responsive with the one question we had about the shower. The property needs a few touchups- minor cosmetic things which I’m sure will be addressed when the high season is over. The kitchen is very small and could use a few basics- mainly just a larger colander and salt and pepper but these are minor things and just some take away from my stay. Would definitely rent again! Thank you so much for a great week!

Kitchen was not equipped w enough silverware. Crockpot didn't have a lid. Floors were very dirty. The 3rd party property manager was VERY rude. The front desk woman was super sweet. The kitchen is SUPER small. The condo needs a lot of upkeep. The paint is peeling, the sink stayed stopped up the whole time. We were w out water 3 hours so we couldn't shower and do dinner. Had to do pizza the first night. Fridge shelves were broken. Hot water tank room was filthy.

Called and emailed many times. Had to buy sheets and cleaning products first night there after driving a long ways. There were roaches, kitchen garbage filled with 2" of nasty liquid, full dishwasher of dirty dishes, broken door, bathroom sink don't drain, toilets barely flush, sheets were not clean, needs lots of updates and a new cleaning crew

First time at this property

The condo is super cute and is a reasonable proximity to the beach…not “steps away” as stated in the listing but still doable. We did have to take the SUV and drop stuff if we were staying longer on a particular day because it was too long of a walk to carry much. The condo is really cute!! Love the upstairs and view from the second floor into the living area. The couches/chair had some noticeable soiled places but everything smelled nice so it was probably just from the beach traffic. The microwave didn’t work but by Day 3 the electricians came and fixed it. The sink in the main bathroom was slow and by Day 4 was completely unusable. A plumber never showed up because the owner could not be reached by the property manager tho the manager always responded quickly and politely to my messages.All things considered, we would definitely stay here, again.

Needs some serious upgrading, the upstairs beds were terrible, the room smelled terrible, and no wash clothes were provided when. For the price you pay, you can find something else updated.

Horizon south.

No pool cues or balls. No shuffle board equipment. No miniature golf equipment. Pools close before dark. Wrist bands $20, parking pass $25 each. This was our 3rd time at this property and it will be our last. With all the add ons and resort fee that was added into booking , we might as well stay in a condo right on the beach. All the immensities were useless anyway.

DO NOT BOOK – FILTHY, UNSAFE, AND INFESTEDThis was by far the worst Vrbo stay we’ve ever had. The condo was infested with cockroaches, and that was only the beginning.We reported the cockroach problem early in our stay, yet no action was taken while we were there. We were told pest control couldn’t come until after our checkout, meaning we were expected to live with an active infestation for the rest of our stay. This was unsanitary, unacceptable, and incredibly stressful.Beyond the bugs, the condition of the unit was disgusting. The carpet was visibly dirty and stained, clearly not cleaned properly between guests. The pull-out couch was bent and broken, to the point that it could only be slept on backwards just to make it usable — completely inappropriate for a unit that claims to sleep multiple people.The kitchen was also grossly under-equipped. This condo advertises sleeping 8 people, yet the kitchen had only 4 spoons and 5 forks. Basic necessities were missing, which made even simple meals frustrating and impractical.This property is poorly maintained, poorly managed, and not fit for guests. The issues we experienced were not minor inconveniences — they were serious problems that should never exist in a short-term rental. Had we known the true condition of this condo, we would never have booked it.Save yourself the stress, discomfort, and regret. Do not rent this place.

The pool was wonderful we just couldn’t use the tv in the living room messaged the host they sent someone out and he took the remote said he was going to bring a other one and while we was gone he brought the old one back and left the front door unlocked and open with all our stuff in there and also we seen a few roaches I do not recommend this place
