SUNSHINE ALL DAY in this beautiful remodeled townhouse with panoramic mountain views! This 1837 sq. ft. one story townhome has 3 bedrooms & 3 baths. Enter into the great room with new Spanish tile flooring, fireplace, dining room & kitchen with granite counters & warm wood cabinetry. Great room & master have direct access to your own patio for outdoor entertaining! Master bedroom with fireplace, double vanities, soaking tub, walk in shower & walk in closet! We are a west-facing villa so the home is very bright compared to other villas, with panoramic mountain views. We have arguably the best patio in Legacy.

Legacy Villas offers 24-hour guard gate, 12 salt water pools, 11 spas & flowing fountains at every turn! The clubhouse amenities include a fitness center, meeting room, pool cabanas, outdoor fireplaces & The Legacy Grill! This location is steps away from several community pools and walking distance to the La Quinta Resort & Spa & Old Town offering dining & shopping.

Great stay in Legacy Villas

This is the second year we have stayed in this unit. It was very clean upon arrival, directions are quite clear, unit is well-stocked. Enjoyed our time there even though the weather was very cool (not their fault!). Nice place to stay with family or friends.

Great stay

Loved this unit in Legacy Villas - close to the mountains with dedicated parking! We had some small confusion checking in with gate security, but Steve cleared it up immediately, and after that everything was great. The unit is spacious, clean, well stocked, quiet, and (as previously mentioned) it has its own garage!

La Quinta Gem!

This property has risen to the top of our list for our La Quinta get-aways! 3 generations enjoyed Spring Break and the layout of this home was perfect for family time and allowed for privacy too! The amenities are amazing and the grounds of Legacy Villas are beautiful.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! We had a few hiccups during the trip but Steve was always available and helped get things straightened out as quickly as possible. He was very easy to communicate with and kept in touch. The condo is spacious and fully stocked. Although it was right on the street, it was VERY quiet at night. Even though it was spring break, we never heard any street noise. We utilized both the lap pools and the fitness room daily. There was limited food available on site but with so many restaurants close by and Trader Joe's less than 5 minutes away, that was never an issue. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location and nice community!

We have stayed in La Quinta many times before but never at Legacy Villas. We found it to be very comfortable safe and well-maintained. Our unit was nice and just the right size for the six of us. The owner Steve communicated well and provided excellent instructions and information. In fact, we so much appreciated the instructions for operating the TVs (the clearest we have ever encountered!). We had an issue with the AC and it was taken care of immediately. It was a great stay and we would do it again!

Great Unit!

The unit was welcoming and comforting. It is very well furnished and exceeded our expectations. We have stayed in other units in the development and this unit, by far, is in the best location, features a great floor plan and has fabulous mountain views. We are already looking into a possible future stay.

Beautiful villa

My family and I loved staying at this beautiful Legacy Villa. It’s a single story with lovely interior, well-stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. The grounds and pools are beautiful. It’s a relaxing and quiet getaway within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We look forward to coming to La Quinta again and hopefully staying here.
