We had a great time. The location was perfect for Indian Wells. Plenty of room for 5 women. We did not use the pool, but it looked nice. We had everything we needed to have a great time.The photos were accurate of the home.

A few things did not work pool lights and there were some sightings of cockroaches some were dead and some were alive. The master shower floor did not drain well and one sink in the master bath was clogged

Pool was small, patio furniture was moldy, gate was rusty. Indoors was fine but needs a fresh cost of paint. Overall l would say it was not stunning just adequate.

This property was exactly as advertised. Location is a short walk to the shops and restaurants in Old Town La Quinta. The home is located in a lovely walkable neighborhood, close to hiking trails and other La Quinta sites and amenities. Four, very large bedrooms, two en-suite, and a tastefully furnished living area with plenty of room to spread out. David was helpful and responsive before and though-out our stay.

Great house! Within walking distance to old town La Quinta. The pool and hot tub were great. The house was spacious and well stocked. The only thing I could call out was that it’s obviously a well used listing as outdoor furniture was a bit beat up and parts of the house similar. House was still clean and great thus why I gave it 5 stars. Host was great, I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property! Beds were so comfortable, everything was so clean and well maintained. The pool looked a bit bigger in pictures but it was still perfect for our girl's getaway. Would highly recommend this property and hope to stay again here soon. David was super helpful and responsive to our questions.

Great communication with the property manager prior to check-in. The home was in decent condition, however, the walls were scuffed with various marks, there was no air filter on the return vent, cabinets have seen better days, but were useable. Floor was swept, but not deep cleaned leaving your bare feet or socks blackened. I wouldn't consider the home stunning with the obvious wear and tear, but it is still worth staying. The location is close to down-town La Quinta, but far enough away to not have any traffic or noise.

Hi Everyone! The floor is mopped between each stay. With ceramic tile floors throughout and the desert being high dust area anyone walking inside the house with shoes will bring that dust inside very quickly. The air filter for the HVAC is located directly underneath the air exchange/blower itself in the designed tray, any qualified HVAC technician can confirm you do not double up on air filters as that would restrict air flow as the would cause the unit to overheat and burn up capacitors.

The property was fantastic, just as described. Kitchen was spacious and bedrooms were clean. Didn’t use the hot tub or pool, but app provided on the in house iPad looked easy to use. I reached out to our host with a question and received a reply very quickly. Would definitely like to rebook in the future.

Great Location for Golfing

Stayed with friends for a golf trip. Was nice that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom with shower. Location was very close to La Quinta resort. Could walk to restaurants. Would stay again.

Beautiful Home!

A friend and myself stayed at this home for a quick golf trip. It was clean and very comfortable. It is also centrally located to everything. I would stay here again.
