Victoria Guest Suite

Our family home is located in a quiet, mature neighbourhood between Thetis Lake and Mill Hill Regional Parks and the Galloping goose trail. Our location affords an abundance of opportunities to recreate locally (including swimming, trails for walking, hiking and biking).

Our one bedroom, one bath suite is ideal for two guests but can accommodate up to four with a double sleeper sofa bed in the living room (while a cradle is available, we do not have a crib)

It is a self-contained private walk out suite with direct keypad access and street parking. Large windows frame the the main living space providing ample natural light. We offer a well equipped kitchen, wi-fi , TV and access to an outdoor covered deck.

It is a prefect spot to relax after a long day of exploring what Greater Victoria has to offer.

We offer contactless check-in and check-out.

Our in-person availability may be limited during the day, however we will catch up at night if requested, to discuss any questions or concerns our guests may have during their stay . We are generally always available by phone, email or text.

As we live in the home we want to ensure that guests understand you may experience daily living noises.

Great stay!

Miles is a great host, he was super accommodating and always answered promptly whenever we had questions. The location is great, with lots to do close by and easy access to the highway for anything that is a little further away. The property itself was clean and cozy and had everything we needed which was super helpful for a longer stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Hiking and Biking was great.

We liked the property. It was spacious, safe, clean and quiet. It was close to downtown Victoria. We really liked that there were so many different walking trails and biking trails pretty much right out the front door. Hosts were friendly and helpful.

Hiking biking dream location

We had no idea how wonderful this location was. The suite itself was very modern and spacious and the hosts were friendly and helpful. What was an unexpected bonus was the proximity to both biking trails and many different parks for hiking. It was a great expereince adn we liked ti so much we extended our stay.

What a wonderful stay!

As soon as we walked through the door, I told my husband I wanted to cancel the rest of our summer plans and just stay there. The unit was bright, cheerful, clean and spacious. The location was perfect for what we do, just a short ride down to the Galloping Goose. Groceries and other amenities were close by. The washer/dryer were a bonus. As were Miles and Christa. They were friendly, informative, attentive, and take very good care of their property. Would so stay there again.

We are a family of four who live and work in this scenic city and enjoy the benefits of the year round mild climate. We also enjoy travelling and the experience of going to new places and meeting new people. In 2015, we took our kids out of school and had an amazing 6 1/2 month adventure living and travelling in Europe. We are respectful and approachable and look forward to guests enjoying our guest suite while having the opportunity to enjoy our wonderful city.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We love that we live in an area that provides some nature and the ability to get outside and recreate while being close to major amenities. There are a number of local trails we love to walk/hike with our dog, we are only an 8 min walk away from Thetis lake and with the galloping goose and E&N rail trails close by, there are lots of choices for bike riding. Our home is in a cul-de-sac with limited traffic, so the neighbourhood is generally quiet and the neighbours friendly.
