Welcome to the serene and stylish Boho Vista Retreat, your perfect getaway in the beautiful Royal Bay area of Colwood, BC. This freshly renovated modern suite with its own private entrance on the lower floor offers all the comforts of home in a prime location, whether you're seeking adventure, relaxation, or a convenient base to explore everything the region has to offer.

Please note: As the suite is on the lower floor, you may occasionally hear some noise from upstairs. Access to the suite is either via a sloped gravel path through the front garden or by stairs at the side of the house without a handrail.

Great location for beaches and trails to the west and Victoria to the east. Cozy place, very clean and comfortable. The path up from the main road is a bit daunting - bring sturdy shoes!

I had a wonderful three night stay and would definitely return. The property was exceptionally clean, spacious and well maintained. One of the highlights was how dog friendly it was. There is a beautiful trail right outside the house with stunning ocean views, which made for great walks with my dog. The location was also very convenient, with grocery stores and restaurants nearby, while the ocean and beaches were only a short drive away. Overall, this was a comfortable, relaxing stay in a great location and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Our stay was amazing, such a great rental in a quiet neighborhood. The host thought of everything, the unit was so well stocked with everything you need. This, by far, is the best rental we have stayed in through our many years of renting with VRBO. The unit is in a quiet walkable area. Close to many restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if it is available the next time we come to the Island.

We had a lovely stay here, very clean, newly renovated, comfortable couch and bed. The TV was also a nice feature! The garden pathway was a bit tricky to use as the stone steps were angled but there is an alternative path for dropping off luggage. Overall a very nice place to stay in a quiet and beautiful community! I would stay here again!

Immaculate and beautifully decorated. Very well stocked. One of the nicest we’ve stayed at. Host even helped us carry in groceries! We enjoyed every minute and felt quite pampered. Thank you!

Pets were welcome although we did not have one. The host was lovely, cooperative, and the suite was immaculate and very comfortable. Can’t say we had an ocean view, but the property and gardens were beautiful. The neighbourhood is impressive and felt very safe. We were very happy with our visit.

The hosts were amazing, no issues with the place, unfortunately we didn’t get to spend tons of time there as we were out for a wedding most of the time. But it was very nice to come back to and have a safe and secure place to temporarily call home. Beautiful home too, the beds were comfortable enough and all the other amenities were like brand new as it’s been newly renovated.

We were very happy with our firstVRBO. The place is comfortable and quiet, and every detail has been anticipated. If I needed anything, the host took care of it. Bonus--good coffee! I really liked the nice path right behind the property that leads to a lookout over the water. This was perfect for an early morning dog walk. The location was handy to get anywhere, but I don't think you can walk anywhere. There is a lot of construction going on by the main streets.I have only good things to say. I would caution that it is not for the mobility challenged; the walk up the side is steep, and the other entrance involves steep stairs.

Very nice property to stay, lovely kitchen with everything we needed. Having laundry and a patio space made it very enjoyable with our kids and extended family over to visit. Only suggestion would be to add curtains to the windows, was a little bright for sleeping especially when utilizing the sofa bed. Additionally the path up was a little tricky for our toddler and older relatives.
