Profitez de votre vue imprenable depuis ce balcon au 9Úme étage hors du salon et de la chambre principale! Cette unité récemment mise à jour offre un
cuisine entiÚrement équipée, 4 téléviseurs, DVD, une baignoire jacuzzi et douche séparée dans la salle de bain principale et une laveuse / sécheuse pour votre commodité.

Location and view were amazing. Place was very pretty and well maintained. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom and gave plenty of room for all of us. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean and comfortable. Just right for 4 seniors--my husband, me, my brother and a cousin. The 3 br/3 bath was ideal. The oceanfront was enjoyed by everyone. 3 of us grew up in SC and loved to swim then but not now. Now we enjoy the sight and sound of the ocean. Unit was close to favorite seafood restaurants and other attractions.

Its all about the view, which is fantastic!! Great location, very quiet & well appointed kitchen. Pool was clean, not over chlorinated. Great selection of games available in a cabinet. Only complaint was the patio sliding door, it is VERY hard to open & close. Will definitely consider staying here again!!!

Very nice condo - it is maintained well, and was a great place to spend time. Balcony was large, and enjoyable. Great location with convenient access to the beach. We did return to the unit one day to unexpectedly find maintenance staff in the condo - they were polite and left immediately upon request. We did also receive a follow-up apology from the property management company.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay here and enjoyed the lovely views! The teens enjoyed the pool and the location was great. There was plenty of room for our family of 6 and each bedroom had its own bathroom.

The condo was beautiful, clean and fresh.We enjoyed our beach time but could have used some balcony time in the evening.The sliding door wasn’t operable. Everything was like we remembered from our Troxell vacations years ago.. it was nice to be back.

Stunning Beach Front Rental

We rented this condo with our family over Thanksgiving break. It has a stunning ocean view & comfortably accomodated all of us! The lighting, open spacing & beach decor really gave us that beachy vacation vibe we needed! We look forward to renting again to reunite family in the future in this cozy beach condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great find! This condo is in a convenient location to all the shops and restaurants AND it is a smaller condo so the beach was not quite as crowded (even though it was during the busy summer season). It was super quiet and just what we were looking for. We had 5 adults / 1 child with enough space for everyone and having 3 bathrooms was definitely a plus. The only tiny issue we had was that you had to pick up/return the keys to the property management office. It wasn't far from the condo address but having the options for keypads is just a bit more convenient. Nothing that would keep us away from this place though, I would definitely stay here again!

Break from the work life!

Loved being on the top floor. Loved the balcony, it was at least 2-3 times bigger than most of the balconies i have been on. We are in the medical field and this made an excellent break. Would definitely recommend.

Nice location, but the property required updates

The location is excellent, just on the beach and close to all attractions, but the carpet and laminate floor need repair or replacement. I want to be aware that the unit has no beach towels and limited linens and towels. Property management was very responsive, I called about some issues, and a tech person came in in just a few minutes and solve a problem

The location was great- close to the beach! The view was great! There was plenty of room for 5 adults. However, the entire condo does need a good deep clean. The levered doors for utility closet were caked with dust. The curtains were stained or dirty at the bottom. The carpet looked dirty and is frayed near the sliding glass door. The kitchen was well stocked but the majority of the skillets need to be replaced. We found one that was decent and used it all week. These things didn’t really make our stay unpleasant but thought others should know before booking.

Fine but better units in building

Needs updated. It was clean, but very worn and tired. It met our needs, but there are better units in the property that I would choose first. I also do not want to stay above 8D again. It is under a different management company (Elliot) and they are not required to follow property rules. This condo is no smoking including balconies but the 8D renters smoked almost constantly. Our "family room" area reeked of cigarettes anytime we tried to enjoy the balcony or beautiful May weather. Elliot did not care about the smoking. Would not recommend this unit.
