L'emplacement de cette maison de plage pittoresque est parfait pour les familles et les amis qui veulent une courte promenade au centre-ville de Bethany Beach, des restaurants et des magasins. Les ponts et la salle quatre saisons offrent la possibilité de prendre des repas à l'extérieur et du café le matin. La maison de style ranch dispose de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain complÚtes. La chambre principale a un lit king size et salle de bain privée avec douche à l'italienne. Il y a une chambre supplémentaire avec un lit queen et une avec deux lits jumeaux. Une salle de bain complÚte commune avec combinaison douche-baignoire est située à proximité des chambres.

La cuisine et l'espace de vie offrent un salon à aire ouverte avec de nombreux siÚges et une télévision à écran plat. La salle quatre saisons est située hors de la salle à manger et dispose d'une télévision supplémentaire et d'un accÚs à une petite terrasse avec grill. Il y a une douche extérieure à l'arriÚre.

Nice house, great location

Lovely house, plenty big enough for our family of three and more. Well furnished and well equipped. A ten-minute walk from the beach. We'd be glad to stay there again our next trip to Bethany.

FAMILY REUNION

The property was located within walking distance for where we needed to be for our family get together, which was so convenient. It couldn't have been more perfect. I would definately consider this rental again if we choose to have another reunion in Bethany Beach.

Quiet but convenient

House is dated but mostly clean on the inside, could use an update and a bit more attention to detail from the cleaning crew. The "master" shower is tiny with no spot to put your shampoo etc. The washer and dryer was handy to have and was clean. The kitchen seemed well stocked but we didn't eat there during our stay. The screen porch looked nice but it was like a solarium during our time there so we didn't spend any time out there. On the flip side, the outside was not someplace I would hang out. The table on the deck was pretty crummy, the yard was overgrown and I saw quite a few fox running around so I wouldn't be comfortable being in the small clearing surrounded by woods and weeds. The outdoor shower was decidedly unusable, lots of tree debris, dirty soap full of hair left behind and when my daughter attempted to rinse some sand off, she came inside with several small slugs on her legs. The location is great, end of cul de sac on a quiet road, about a half mile to the beach and boardwalk area. There is a main road to cross but there are crossing walks and lights that blink to stop traffic.

Repeat renting but the agent lost their confirmation ok'ing my wife to be the one to check in.

Not fancy but great location

Great location especially to let my teenagers have some freedom to walk and bike places on their own. The beach is very crowded (but I’m use to the remote areas of the obx) The house isn’t fancy but it was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was really well equipped. The air conditioner works well too! Everything we needed!

Its not really convenient to walk to beach unless your ok with carrying everthing a half mile across a busy road but they do provide a parking pass, there were minor things wrong with the house that i really hope i dont get pinalized for. Ants ALL over the counter, many mouse traps under the sink, bathroom sink facet handle leaked. WE were afraid to touch anything for fear of being charged for it, also they charged us a cleaning fee yet I had to clean and vacuum before we left, go figure.

Perfect for a beach weekend getaway

Overall this place was perfect for our family weekend. The space had everything good we needed for 4 adults, infant and 2 dogs. It was a 15 minute walk to the boardwalk/beach. It was perfect so we didn’t need to worry about parking downtown. It’s on the end of a full de sac so it was nice and quiet. Only negative was that there is a 1 hour window for check in and with the weekend beach traffic it was hard to get there during that time. Maybe having a door code would be a better option than picking up keys from the property manager office instead. Otherwise we would definitely stay here again for our future beach getaways!

Very close to the beach!

The property is in walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. The furniture and beds were very old and worn. It was a plus that we were able to bring our dog!

Needs a little TLC

It's in a quiet neighborhood and you can walk to the beach. The property managers were responsive but the owner needs to invest in a remodel. The table and chairs on the deck were rusty. The internet isn't strong enough to stream anything or have zoom calls. The wood panels make it dark. The outside showers aren't really usable. The showers are very small and the handles are moldy. The ice maker doesn't work. The leather furniture is stained. There are really no overhead lights in the bedrooms. I could go on but if you want a place that is quiet and within walking distance and don't care about other things, it's fine.

Great for beach vacay with dogs!

This property has a great location and was very comfortable for us! We have two dogs and being able to bring them on this trip saves us a lot of $$ on boarding expenses! We also got to take out dogs on some fun walks!

Rental agents

We enjoyed the property it worked out great with our dogs it’s a very quiet nice neighborhood. When I called for our security deposit which was a week after we left the rental agent said it smelled of smoke or marijuana. We do not smoke or use marijuana. We resent the fact that we were accused of doing that. Somebody else must’ve done it after we left possibly the cleaning staff. They did agree to give us our security deposit. We will never rent from that rental agency again

Perfect place for pets and kids.

Perfect place for pets and kids. We really needed to get away and after having our vaccines it was time to visit some family and we were able to do that with the house.The beds are not comfortable at all. That is the only thing that I think I would change in the house is the mattresses but other than that it’s perfectly open and it’s not immaculate so you’re not worried about making a little bit of a mess if you have kids or dogs. At the end of a cul-de-sac so you don’t have to worry about your kids getting hit by a car. Perfect house for a nice vacation.

Great house close to the beach

This house fit our needs perfectly for a quiet weekend enjoying the beach. Very clean, good atmosphere and awesome location. It was so close to the beach you could walk, but why when you also receive a parking permit for residential beach parking. My only negative is that the beds are incredibly uncomfortable.

Rental House Became a Home

THat's what we would say on our way back to the house, ie, Are we going home? How far is it by bike from home? This is a lovely property that is cared for by it's owner and the property managers. The pictures tell it all. It's close to everything. Best outdoor shower of all the previous rentals. Water pressure is a bit low but who's in a hurry, right? Do take linens and towels, floor mats. WasherDryer works great. Thanks for a lovely experience!!!

Wonderful getaway!

We were a little nervous to rent since there were no reviews. But the house was clean and backed up to open space/canal. Super quiet neighborhood yet close to the beach. Ad did not mention the parking permit, wifi & trolley part of the package. We paid the extra to bring our two small dogs and they had a great time, too!! Thanks for such a wonderful home to stay in!!!

Quiet get away

Managed by realtors not owner direct. They were very efficient. House is dated but was well kept except for carpeting which needed cleaning. Management sent carpet cleaners on 3rd day of stay who did a great job cleaning the dated carpeting. Kitchen chair coverings need the same help but they were unable to clean them unfortunately. Back of house is lovely to sit in early mornings because of abundance of bird life. Overall a nice stay even though house is dated and carpeting needs updating. Handy location too if you don’t want to be right on beach and around noise.
