This property boasts over 800 square feet of indoor living, a private outdoor patio located on Tuc-el-nuit Lake in the Town of Oliver, British Columbia.

If you are looking for an executive-style accommodation where you can walk right out your front door, take a few steps into the cool spring fed water of Tuc-el-nuit Lake then look no further. Whether you want to go for a swim, kayak, paddle-board, float in the water or simply enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset this property provides you with many options to enjoy all four seasons.

The suite is stocked for you to enjoy a self-serve breakfast at your leisure. The Master suite (King-size bed) is separate from the living area and has its own air-conditioning unit. The main living has separate air conditioning, there is a full-size fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer, Sofa-bed, TV, WiFi, fireplace and own BBQ on the patio.

Thinking of a winter get-a-way. You can enjoy the warmth and ambience of an indoor fireplace, enjoy the outdoor patio while you savour a cup of coffee or hot chocolate and take in the incredible constellations that often light up the skies on a clear evening.
We are an adult oriented pet free rental.

What an amazing place to stay. Beautiful property right on the water. Steve and Grace are such gracious hosts. They have thought of everything. We can’t wait to stay again. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and the patio, yard, and lakefront sitting area are spectacular.

Absolutely gorgeous

My husband and I spent four nights and loved every minute. The location is wonderful, close to all the best wineries in the area. The suite was very clean. Towels and sheets were soft, the bed was comfortable. The show stopper is the view. Pictures can’t do it justice. We used the provided kayaks multiple times and really the lake. Overall a wonderful place and I hope to come back sometime.

Fabulous Lakeside Stay

The suite was so beautifully done.My wife and I recently re-did our own kitchen and we know what quality and thoughtfulness went into making this an excellent unit to stay in.We could not have done better ourselves.Slept very well on the comfy King sized bed.A real bonus was the quietness of the unit and the ability to sit in the backyard and enjoy the peacefulness and the view of the lake.Definitely on The "Water's Edge"I made good use of the Kayaks and SUP's that were kindly provided for our use right off the back of the property.Communication with the host was excellent.We highly recommend this particular VRBO.

The suite was amazing had everything we could ask for. Went spent time down at the deck beside the water for coffee in the morning it was breath taking. Holly went for two swims in the lake and also kayaked (supplied by Steve)around the lake. Very restful and relaxing would love to come back again. Thanks Steve

Lovely lake front stay with kayaks and SUPs to use. Loved sitting by the lake watching the sun go down whilst enjoying a bottle of local wine. Lots of local wineries to visit. The apartment is very comfortable with lots of great touches and the breakfast items provided were plentiful. Got to watch the Grouse families crossing the lawn each night which was great. Best Ever!!

We had a great 1-week stay in Oliver. Before booking and having read over 80 on-line VRBO reviews of this place where all ratings were 10/10, we had great expectations. These were clearly totally justified and even exceeded. Indeed, based on our past rental experiences elsewhere, I would suggest that ARBO alter it rating scale and permit special establishments like this receive a score of 15 on its 10-point rating scale! Everything was above and beyond – superbly clean one-bedroom accommodation, professionally designed, modern and expertly equipped kitchen, well-stocked pantry with high-quality breakfast foodstuffs, all in a marvelous location lakeside in Oliver. Sorry we did not get a chance to meet our hosts to thank them personally - perhaps next year!

A beautiful clean and quiet suite. The paddle boards were lovely to get onto the lake. Breakfast options were amazing! Host had great communication. We loved our stay and will be back. The only thing I wish it was small pet friendly. My fur baby would have loved the lake!

Amazing

Beautiful and very comfy the moment we walked through the doors. Very clean and well laid out. Loved the extras like blueberry muffins and cookies and stocked fridge with everything for breakfast including fresh local fruit. Lots of room outside for outdoor dining and chairs by the lake for early morning coffee and sunsets drinking local wine!!

Beautiful suite and welcoming host

The suite was immaculate and equipped with everything needed for relaxing and eating in or dining out, including lots of fresh breakfast foods, eggs, milk, juice, fruit, cereal, and even bacon in the freezer. The lake is small and calm, perfect for a quiet paddle on the supplied kayaks or paddle boards. Unfortunately we didn’t use them due to bad air quality during a record season for wildfires in the area. The hosts go the extra mile with welcoming touches like a bottle of wine and fresh baked goods waiting for you on arrival. This suite is a real treat!

Located on the Lake Tucelnuit this provides travellers with the option of enjoying the water from the privacy without the crowds of the larger beaches. There is an abundance of wildlife to enjoy - birdwatching has quickly become a favourite past time for us.
