The place as just as advertised. It was clearly built to be an a short-term rental unit with great attention being paid to the details and no expense spared. It was all so well thought out: spacious, immaculately clean, coordinated colours, excellent and quiet Air conditioning that can be adjusted in different rooms, a private-feeling, large appliances, and everything we could have hoped for. Also such a beautiful wine-country area.

We chose to stay here for the 3rd time. Always very clean with comfortable beds and furniture, Patio has BBQ and family-sized table and chairs Also well stocked with kitchen amenities for cooking. Separate bedroom and main room AC units allow for individual adjustments. Walk out patio is shaded and very private from neighbouring properties. Highly recommended!

Perfect little property

This surpassed our expectations in its cleanliness, use of space and location. Much better than staying in a hotel while visiting family and ample yard space for kids to burn off some energy. Thanks Patrick and Lori!

Great suite near it all in Oliver

Great communication with host, immaculately clean suite, comfortable furniture and modern appliances (new). Very nice outdoor area with grill and patio. Plenty of off-street parking for my trailer, 5 minutes to track, wineries, town... I would definitely stay there again.

Great spot to explore the Okanagan!

Patrick's place is exactly as described and is clean and well-appointed! The air-conditioning was even on which was such a relief to arrive to on a 38°C day! Nice and private, quiet, spacious and a great spot to explore the area by car. Bathroom and kitchen well stocked with the essentials, there were even beach towels to take for a swim at the lake! Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay, and it even worked well for our 7-month-old baby!

We came away very impressed with Patrick's space. It was clean, modern, and comfortable. The location made it very convenient to visit the various wineries around Oliver, and it was only 30 minutes from Penticton (where we visited breweries and hiked.) Patrick was easy to communicate with, and responded promptly. The Wifi was strong enough for working, including video calls.

The property is in a great location and very quiet. The owners were away and when they came back we didn't hear much noise from upstairs.The unit is very well laid out with a beautiful patio that looks out onto a nice green lawn and flowers. Spent a lot of time there as it was shaded in the day and then sun came on it in evening. BEDROOM: Both beds were really comfortable, the Linens were great and there are a lot of nice touches including:- towels to use on the patio or the beach in each room- plenty of USB ports in the bedroom , including in one of the little side tables- large closets with plenty of hangersNeed: something to make the room dark. There's just a sun blind so at 5:30 in the morning it was so brightKITCHEN:- lots of pots and pans and barbecue accessories - provided tin foil and Saran Wrap as well as olive oil, vinegar & a few spices Need: a large water jug would be really helpful LIVING ROOM- comfortable sectional and chair- easy to use big screen TV- blankets for your useGave four stars as we weren't informed until a few days before there is another unit with the door right on the patio where we sit. Luckily no one was there until the last day but that would have made things a bit uncomfortable. It is only for friends & family... still would have liked to have known in advance. Dealing with some mobility issues, the last three stairs onto the patio are challenging as there is no hand rail and the tub is really high. Otherwise, a great stay! Tks

This was one of the best short term rentals we’ve ever rented. It’s even better than the photos - immaculate, well maintained, well stocked, great overall. I was hesitant to stay in a rental that was part of someone’s home, but took a chance based on the other glowing reviews, and we were not disappointed! The location is perfect for wine tasting and exploring the area. The hosts were nice and very accommodating. We will stay again if we have the chance to visit the area in the future.
