Cette propriété dispose d'un court de tennis, jacuzzi, piscine chauffée. Beaux jardins, des arbres fruitiers aux orchidées. Cette maison est joliment décorée avec des lustres en coquillages faits à la main. 6 chambres, avec 4 salles de bain, beaucoup d'espace pour de merveilleuses vacances. Grande table de salle à manger, magnifique véranda avec mobilier de restauration. Il est situé à 10 minutes de la plage de Siesta et du centre-ville. Nous aimons cette maison, nous espérons que vous aussi.

Weekend with the family.

The home was very spacious. It had everything you could want in the home. The property manager was very responsive. Short distance to everything we wanted to visit. It was a great stay.

Fantastic place for large groups

This home is very well appointed, spacious and fantastic for large groups. With multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, common spaces and outdoor spaces; you can definitely spread out. The home is nice, clean and comfortable. The owner has been very responsive, and the property manager quickly answered questions or addressed concerns.

True gem

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this property. The pictures in the listing were accurate but didn’t capture just how large and beautiful the house is. The property manager/owner was detailed and timely in the pre-arrival communications and checked in regularly during our stay to see if we had any questions or issues. I wish I had known just how well stocked the kitchen was before we arrived. I brought various kitchen items with me that the house already had available. I’ve stayed at plenty of rentals in the past and this house was certainly the most well appointed kitchen that I’ve experienced. The pool space, basketball and tennis court were all very clean and were used for a good portion of each day by my family. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking in the Sarasota area.

Great stay!

Big beautiful house with lots of room. We had two families staying there, with 4 teens. Each teenager had their own room which was really nice. Kitchen was large and extremely well equipped with high end appliances, etc.. Great covered patio that all eight of us could sit together and enjoy. We played tennis and basketball every day. The grounds were beautiful. It felt like we were at our own mini resort. Hot tub was fun to sit in each night. The beds and bedding were all high-quality and extremely comfortable. This is very important to us when we travel, and everyone had great nights of sleep. The house was close to both downtown Sarasota and the ocean. Both areas had great restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anybody thinking of vacationing in the area.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

Our family (grandparents and two young families) stayed in this wonderful home for our annual family vacation. The residence was perfect! The pool was lovely and the tennis courts in good shape. There were pool toys and tennis rackets available, as well as a basketball, enabling everyone to play! The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking supplies. A wonderful time was had by all!

Perfect Oasis

This house was spacious, beautiful and clean. We were two families vacationing together and this house was perfect for our large group. The kitchen was amazing and had everything you could possibly need! The pool, hot tub and comfortable patio furniture made us feel like we were at a resort. The grounds and gardens were beautifully kept, and the tennis court and basketball hoops were an added bonus. The house is centrally located between Siesta Key and downtown Sarasota. Beach towels and beach chairs were provided. It was the perfect house! if we ever come back to the area we would love to stay here again!!

60th Anniversary getaway

We were looking for a house big enough to accommodate 11 of us to celebrate my parents 60th wedding anniversary. I found this house in Sarasota which was close to Siesta Beach. The house is beautiful. It has a lovely pool with a hot tub. A tennis court and a basketball hoop. The house also had everything you can think of as far as pots, pans, utensils, small appliances, chairs for the beach, tennis raquets, basketballs, tennis balls, etc. Evona was also very welcoming and available to answer a question when needed. We had an amazing time. If you have a large party and want to go to Sarasota, this is the place for you. If we ever come back with the family we would live to stay here again.

Perfect FL Getaway

Evona has done an outstanding job with this rental. We've stayed at many places that advertise a 'gourmet kitchen'. This was the first one that actually had Wusthof knives, AllClad pots and pans, good wood cutting boards, etc. It is stocked with plenty of towels, tennis rackets, basketballs, and beach chairs. Our family of five had plenty of space. We loved to leave the sliding doors open from the living room to the pool so we could watch Thanksgiving football games while enjoying the great weather.

Everything was perfect!

Very comfortable beds, super clean house and the yard is very well maintained, lots of privacy and close to EVERYTHING! The only bad thing about this house is having to leave it.
