Siesta Key Home Minutes to the Beach!

The Seagrape Villa provides a luxurious 10 person retreat with an abundance of amenities to turn your family's moments into memories! Built in 2017, this modern design spared no expense in detail. With a short 2 mile drive to the world renowned Siesta Beach and Siesta Village, we are confident that your vacation will be packed full of wonderful experiences.

The outdoor space features a private heated pool and spa as well as a comfortable seating area. There is an outdoor kitchen to prepare your meals in true Florida fashion. In the morning or evenings, leave the sliding glass doors open to enjoy the southern breeze throughout the home while you're having your morning coffee or evening night cap. The home is a short walk to North Shell Beach where you can observe breath taking sunsets. Bring along your fishing poles to do some beach casting!

The gourmet indoor kitchen offers a wide variety of cooking utensils and equipment to ensure meal time is as enjoyable and seamless as possible. The home is equipped with a built in bluetooth speaker system to get the most out of your favorite music!

Inside the secure two car garage, 3 bicycles are provided as well as all beach necessities (chairs, umbrellas, coolers and a beach caddy) to ensure you're optimizing your daily outdoor adventures.

Another short walk will bring you to Nora Patterson Park where you can view the Gulf while having a picnic, take in the sunshine, and throw your lines in the water.

I live only minutes away and am able to respond quickly to any questions, concerns or comments! I'm happy to provide links to my other, personally owned, properties with more reviews.
Thankfully our home is located at a high elevation and we did not have any major damage from Hurricane Helene. Please support our local economy!

the pool heater quit working and when i contacted the host he came over and looked at it right away. and had it fixed 1 1/2 days later. he was very friendly and helpful beautiful house on the inside and out

Beautiful place to vacation for the week. Location was perfect for us as first timers, so close to Siesta Key Village and Beaches and close to Sarasota too. Communication with host was excellent. Great restaurants close by, bikes provided and beach gear for ease.

Awesome Property

The property was even better than the pictures . There were 10 of us ranging in age from 8 to 80. The property was spotless, the kitchen and outdoor kitchen had everything that we needed . The pool and hot tub were a big hit for everyone . The location was great . The communication with Claire was excellent . She made our stay perfect . We would definitely recommend this property to anyone .

Amazing!

Communication with owner/host was incredible and helpful. The outdoor living space with the pool/hottub/grill/living area was perfect for our family gathering. We enjoyed watching the Lions win:) the beds were super comfortable. The home had every amenity needed. We will definitely be back.

Exceptional Experience

My family and I have visited Siesta Key Several Times. This by far was the best experience we had. From the moment We booked, The owners Chris and Claire have been nothing but extraordinary. From an early check in to a late check out. I can honestly say that they have been the best owners i have dealt with for a rental. Not only were they wonderful, the house is beautiful and clean. Pictures don't do it justice. There was so much room for everyone. The pool area was one of our favorites, we swam in it everyday. I would definitely book here again. Highly recommend renting the golf cart too. Thanks so much Chris and Claire!!

Family Vacation 6/8–6/15/2024

This was by far the most beautiful VRBO we have stayed at! There are 9 in our combined families; 5 adults and 4 teenagers. There was room for everyone to have their own space. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, the bathrooms are spacious, and the entire house was immaculate. There is a beautiful, well- stocked kitchen as well as an outdoor grill and fridge for drinks while you’re enjoying the pool. We were fortunate enough to be there during a tropical storm which dumped 9 inches of water on the area in one day (đŸ˜±). First time in 4 months since it rained!! Claire came over immediately with hoses and a bilge pump to keep the pool from seriously overflowing. Fortunately the forecasts were wrong and we were able to enjoy the pool and explore with the golf cart the rest of the week . The dads were able to watch the Celtics game on the outdoor TV while sitting in the pool!! If you’re considering renting Seagrape
 don’t think twice!!! Thank you Claire and Chris! It was wonderful!!

Great property!

Chris and Claire were great to work with! Very responsive. Attended to concerns promptly! Very nice property for families. We rented the golf cart and enjoyed using it to travel to Siesta Beach and the village.

Our new favorite Siesta Key spot!

I can't say enough great things about the Seagrape Villa! The house is gorgeous and so comfortable - perfect for a multi-generational meet-up for our family. Everyone loved the pool - from the 2 year old to the 75 year olds! The location is perfect - a quick drive to the beach, and easy on-and-off access from Siesta Key (the Publix is a 5 minute drive!) and the amenities are perfect. The hosts were so helpful and responsive - we had the *best* stay and will definitely be back!

Spring Break

Christ (host) was great! He quickly answered my questions. Great House! Spacious, clean, quiet, and the pool is so nice. We had everything we heeded and more! Highly recommend for a large family or even for few people. Rent the golf cart! Everyone enjoyed the short drive to the village.

Loved it!!!

This was a beautiful property with tons of space! The outdoor grilling area, pool, hot tub, bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, and the many amenities made this home a great fit for our trip to siesta key! We loved our close drive to the public beach but also the privacy of being in a neighborhood! These are great owners and this is a great home!

A Month of Paradise

Seven friends and myself stayed for the month of February at Seagrape Villa. The house is outstanding. It had every pot, pan utensil, etc. that you could think of. It was equipped amazingly well. The pool and spa were fantastic. We spent many days lounging by the pool and relaxing. It is approximately a 5-10 minute drive to Crescent Beach, which we did quite frequently. Being at the top of Siesta Key, getting on and off the island was very quick which was a plus. There is a park at the end of the housing area that you can walk to and watch boats pass through on their way to the Gulf. Very enjoyable. It has benches, picnic tables and bathrooms. We took daily walks admiring the million dollar mansions that are in this development. Chris, who is the manager, is excellent. Any question or concern we had was responded to immediately and taken care of. I was thoroughly pleased with my interactions with him. The house is very well maintained. I give this listing 5 stars and would recommend it highly to anyone looking for a beautiful home on the island.

Perfect home

House is gorgeous and lacks nothing. Chris was easy to communicate with and very quick with responses to any questions and such. We had a group of 9 and the house was the perfect size for everyone to have their own space. Kids highly enjoyed the pool and hot tub and it was used several times daily. House is at a great location close to beaches and grocery stores, restaurants etc. One of our best stays we’ve had in Florida.

Lovely stay

Pool is amazing. Kitchen fully stocked with tools and gadgets. Lots of bedrooms, set up nicely. Nice neighborhood. Some road noise. Good WiFi. Little park is walkable.

Family Vacation

This home is great for a family vacation. Lot's of space, for dining, playing game and conversation. The pool was quite nice with the lanai and sokme pool toys. The beach is a short car ride but the home was well equipped with beach chairs, a cart and even a stroller. Plenty of beach towels. Also easy access to grocery stores.

Beautiful home & pool

From the moment we walked in it felt like home. There wasn’t a single detail that was overlooked. The home is clean and fully stocked with plenty of everything you need. We really enjoyed the pool and outdoor space. Having the beach so close was also wonderful.

We had a great time at this home. It was even better than described and pictured on vrbo. There was plenty of room for all of us and the kids loved the pool!! The host was very quick to respond and very pleasant. We would definitely return here when visiting Siesta Keys!

Our Family &Friends trip with 10 adults

Totally loved the house and pool. Only a couple things the 2nd floor living area with queen bed does not have a door for privacy and the 1st floor bedroom has no closet or wardrobe other that that everything was amazing. Would book same place again! Also, Chris was so accommodating and great to work with! This was an amazing vacation in a beautiful place

PHENOMENAL GORGEOUS PROPERTY AND PROPERTY MANAGER

We cannot say enough good things about this property, the property manager, and general location on Siesta Key. The house is beautiful and well-designed. The yard, pool, spa, and enclosed patio is beautiful and private, surrounded by tropical foliage. The 2 main floor bedrooms and bath(s) were fantastic for the 3 seniors in our group. The house is decorated beautifully yet still feels homey. The kitchen was well-appointed. The beds were comfortable. Christopher, the property manager is a consummate professional and contacted us before and during our stay to ensure everything was of the highest standard. We've stayed in many VRBOs and he is the best property manager we've had. The location is close to the bridge so it's easy to get to Sarasota/main land, and also very close to stunning beaches/Siesta Key. All the positive reviews left are not an exaggeration!!!!

Fabulous stay

This was one of the best stays we’ve had in Florida. Property manager was super nice, accommodating, and made the check-in process so easy. The property itself was beautiful; better than we expected from the pictures. It was spacious, clean, the mattresses were comfortable, and had everything we needed for the week. Many vacation homes we’ve rented tend to have issues with cable, and with the Bruins and Red Sox being on, having the cable working and simple to use made the experience that much more pleasant for my husband and son. The location was also perfect; close to the beach, super market, downtown Sarasota, shopping, etc. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend and would certainly book here again when we come back to Siesta Key.
