Check in was simple and easy. Hosts were friendly, readily available. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking is something to take into account with this area and they have more than enough for their guests and I was there with my Suburban.Walking is possible to some spots but if you have bikes that would be the way to go.Strongly recommend dinner reservations in town during the busy season.

This was one of the easiest and most comfortable stays we’ve ever had. The room was incredibly clean, the bed was comfortable, and there were so many extra thoughts the owners made evident. Communication was easy, and the directions they left were so detailed. We would be thrilled to stay again. We were able to bike to great restaurants, cafes and bakeries. Also, the Admiral Sims House website was so thoughtful and detailed. We found some great hiking and food recommendations. Overall 10/10 and wouldn’t have changed a thing! Thank you!

We are the family from Admiral Sims' House which offers Studio and Apartment Rentals. We've been B&B owners since 2000 and just love Newport and these old Victorian houses. Catherine St is a great location and we just finished renovating the rooms to create fresh, clean King studio's with Kitchenette and Fireplace for Newport visitors - long and short term. Hope you like it!
