No beach blues here:

We had a wonderful stay- the beach was just a short walk and had fun visiting Seaside in the morning. Plenty of local Restaurants to choose from. House was clean, spacious and the pool was outstanding. Looking forward to next years trip already.

Fantastic Week at Beach Baby

We had a great week while staying at Beach Baby! It was clean and there was plenty of room. It felt very secluded yet was only a short walk to the beach and 30A strip. The large pool was a perfect size for our group. No need to worry about the grill running out of propane as it was hooked up to a direct line. My only complaint was we ran out of hot water a couple times but that’s probably due to our timing of showers/laundry etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely House

We really enjoyed the house. Only complaint is that the upper level was hot. Not enough air getting up there. Could have had a little more kitchenware /serveware but overall it was ok. I would stay there again. The communication was excellent with the manager of the property.

Spring Break

The location can't be beat, it's literally a 3 minute walk to the beach and lots of stuff around that's either walkable or easy bike rides (even for younger kids). The setup of the house is great. It would be nice if the kitchen was a little more stocked with utensils, etc. and some small counter barstools that can easily be pushed under the counter for the island would be nice, we tended to just stand around it a lot. The outdoor space is great, very private backyard. Would rent again for sure!

Old Florida Gem

If you're looking for a pet-friendly house a short walk to the beach, this is a good option. Lots of outdoor spaces--porches, decks, patios and pool--compensate for a compact living space. The third floor bunk rooms are great for teens except there's no bathroom up there! The property management company couldn't be bothered to reply to messages or return items left behind.

House was fine and in a good location. Walking to shops and restaurants at Seaside was quick and easy. Pool was really nice. Unfortunately the WIFI did not work at all. They sent a technician out early in our trip but couldn't fix it, so he was going to schedule the internet provider to come out and fix. This did not happen during our stay, so we had to try hotspots and going out to coffee shop if we needed reliable internet. This was a big problem with 9 people and some adults needing to work some during the trip. Also had a cockroach during our stay in the downstairs bathroom. In their defense, an exterminator had stopped by early in the trip and sprayed the outside, but this showed up afterwards. Quite a few crawling around the deck areas as well. If not for that and the WIFI, rating would have been higher.

Property needs repairs

The proximity to the beach and private pool made this perfect for our extended family! It was a little cramped inside with our large family and in desperate need of repairs (I.e. range top, dishwasher, racks, toilet paper dispensers) and a thorough dusting (dust and spider webs on light fixtures) but the mattresses/pillows were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Four bikes were provided and a gas grill with its own gas line so it never runs out! Kitchen needs more dishes, bowls, Pyrex and downstairs bedroom needs a dresser (nowhere to put anything so we lived out of suitcase!) With a little more attention from management, it would be ideal.

Has great potential

We enjoyed our stay here. The property is very close to the beach, restaurants, and activities. It is a very peaceful place and you feel like you are far away from the busyness of 30a. The pool was our favorite place to be. A few things can be improved...dirty towels were left in an upstairs bathroom, the other upstairs bathroom had hair on the floor (not cleaned well), coffee maker was dirty and ancient (bought a new one to keep), toaster was broken (bought a new one to keep), a kitchen burner was hanging sideways in the stove, grill broken, sofa stained and dirty, among a few other minor things. Also, the kitchen was not really stocked for cooking, so don't plan on cooking at this house. This house could be really great if a little TLC is put into it. Overall, it was great but not sure I would stay here again.
