Magnifiquement rĂ©novĂ©e, cette grande maison conviviale et familiale de 2 Ă©tages offre 4 chambres Ă  coucher (2 suites parentales - une Ă  l'Ă©tage et une en bas) et 4 1/2 salles de bains, fournissant chaque chambre avec une salle de bain privĂ©e. Le porche enveloppant est parfait pour profiter de la brise du sud et Ă©couter les vagues. SituĂ© sur prĂšs d'un demi-acre, il y a beaucoup de place pour les enfants Ă  jouer dans la piscine privĂ©e surdimensionnĂ© ou se dĂ©fouler dans la cour quand ne pas profiter de la plage de sable blanc et de l'eau Ă©meraude du Golfe. We had a great experience at this house. It is very private and located in a quiet area, yet it is still just a short walk or drive to the beach and good dining options. The house is spacious, comfortable and includes a large yard, which is great for pets and kids. Everything was clean and looked just like the pictures. The owner left detailed house info/instructions and useful tips on dining and nearby activities. We have stayed in this area three times now, and this was the by far the best house we have rented so far.

All ya need is your clothes!

Great house in a very quiet neighborhood. Everything was seamless as the host has thought of it all. Even down to beach carts, umbrellas, etc. We will definitely book this house again.

My family of 6 adults and two young children had an absolutely wonderful time at this beautiful home. The floor plan is awesome and allowed everyone to have space to gather, play games, cook meals and more. As the older folks, my husband and I appreciated the downstairs bedroom. The pool is truly beautiful and huge! Our grandkids spent most of their time playing and swimming in it. We had plenty of towels and pool/beach supplies. There are a couple of things to note:The public beach that is in walking distance is tiny with no bathrooms or lifeguard. Our family drove 15 minutes to Grayton beach which was beautiful. No one in our family found the beds to be comfortable at all. The hosts were extremely kind and responsive to our needs - I would highly recommend this home for families!

Beautiful home and location

The home was beautiful! The pool was amazing and the yard was private. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom so it is perfect for a larger family. The house was clean and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend this property to anybody.

Wonderful Family Getaway

Family Thanksgiving

We had an amazing family vacation at this beautiful property. We had 8 adults and a fur baby and there was plenty of room for everyone. The pool was toasty warm and it’s very large. Our communication with our hosts was seamless. Definitely recommend!

Perfect home for family vaca

House was comfortable, and everyone had their own bathroom which was so nice. Pool was refreshing after a day out and back patio with grill was great for dinners on their patio dining table. Location was within 15 min of Rosemary Beach and Aly's Beach and close walk to beach to see the sunset. A short golf cart ride away were several popular restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!

A Legacy Awaits

Very nice work piece of property—a pool, a yard and just a hop, skip and jump to the beach! The host is a fantastic communicator and will be with you every step of the way, too. We can’t wait to come back!

PERFECT!!!

Our favorite part of summer is this house and the beach! It’s very family oriented with an awesome POOL in the backyard, yard to play in for kids or dog and very short distance to the beach. Would HIgHLY recommend staying here!! We come back each summer and still love it and all it has to offer! Easy check in and booking. Owners are so easy and pleasant to work with.

Perfect Beach House

We brought a total of 10 people, and the house was just perfect. The amount of bedrooms and bathrooms was great. Everyone had their own bathroom, along with a 1/2 bath on the main level, which was perfect for when we were hanging out on the main level or out by the pool. The privacy of the house/lot was amazing. We didn’t see any other houses with the same amount of privacy and space this lot had!

Wonderful!!!!!

We loved, loved, LOVED the property! Gorgeous house and secluded just enough so as you’re not overlooking the neighbors. The pool and surrounding area was great! A bit of a trek to the beach and restaurants, but we rented golf carts for the week so not a problem for us. We’ve been going to the Destin area with friends for several years now and this house, was the best so far! We would definitely stay again!!!!

Home away from Home

Just as described! Beautifully remodeled farmhouse with an open floor plan. Plenty of room for everyone (10) and our 12 yr old, blind fur baby did excellent getting around. The pool was bigger than expected. Our stay was in July so the pool water was very warm.. duh! Plenty of floats, wagons, umbrellas & chairs for the beach (4 people).. beach towels too! For older folks, no grab bars in bathrooms. Ticia was easy to communicate with! Would definitely rent again..home away from home!

Clean! Welcoming! Beautiful Home

The home was very clean and comfortable. Every detail was thought of as the host provided. Although we brought extras just in case we did not need them. My family and I were grateful for the beach towels, wagon, and umbrella. Traveling from Texas, we did not have these items so to have these at the home was great! I’d definitely book here again if we visit the area again.
