The room was just as described and in a fantastic location. While the appliances were on the older side, don't let that turn you away, everything worked great and we would stay here again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was very clean however it lacked attention to detail for a comfortable stay especially longer than one week. There is only one night stand next to the queen bed so you can't charge your cell phone or put a drink near the bed on one side. Why would you only buy one nightstand? Also, the pillows are horrible, they are $2.99 pillows from Walmart, if you stay here bring your pillows. The TV is way too small for the space. When you are in bed it's difficult to see or hear the TV because it's so small and far away. TVs cost nothing today, so why would you put such a small TV in a large space? The room has a small couch however it could use a chair too especially for longer stays. The kitchen lacks some basic items and/or some of the items are at their useful life and need to be replaced. The silverware is mismatched, the pasta strainer is too small to hold 1lb of pasta, the measuring cup is too small, no pizza cutter, the toaster needs to be replaced, only one small frying pan, the iron didn't work, the dustpan was broken and taped, vent and shower curtain rod in the bathroom have years of rust. The kitchen rug is dirty and disgusting and should be removed or replaced. No hand soap in the bathroom just one small bar of soap for the shower. The view is amazing when you are on the balcony however from inside the unit not so much. The windows were tinted many years ago and now the tinting is completely worn and torn in some places so the view from inside is cloudy. This unit has so much potential due to the view and its location but there is no feeling of love or care taken into consideration for the guest. The true owner of this unit needs to visit or stay there one night to completely understand my constructive review of their property. The property management company was responsive. I would stay at the Ilikai but I would not stay here again.

Ohana visit

Room was as stated and everything worked properly. The view was great and just a short walk out back on Friday to see fireworks. Only suggestion we have is that the blinds would be replaced with some that block the sun more Quite bright inside in the morning and late afternoon

14th floor Ilikai condo

We had a awesome time at the condo. The property manager was attentive and responded fast. When I asked for extra beach towel he made sure to contact the maid for it. The location of the condo had a great view of the beach and marina. Definitely would recommend and stay here again. One tiny thing was just the toilet seat need some attention because it was loose.

AC worked great and cooled the room very fast when we turned it on. Great location and everything is within walking distance including a super convenient grocery store Food Pantry (6 min). We parked our car on the parking lot near the harbor. It's only $1/hour. Just make sure you to adjust/extend your hours promptly when you need to stay longer as the tow truck is always cruising the parking lot and tows the cars away very quickly. You'll see it from your balcony. Speaking of balcony, it's very spacious and the views are the best. Thank you for hosting us. We will gladly be back!
