客室は清潔、オーナーとは日本語でコミュニケーションがとれる。トイレが流れにくいのは不便だったが、他は気にならない。特に寒くて海に行けない日もプールに行けるのは嬉しい。また、海のあとにプールでシャワーを浴びることができる。

Host was very welcoming and reached out to ensure we arrived at the condo with out any issues. Perfect location for my husband, teen daughter, and me. We enjoyed the less busier side of Waikīkī. We loved having a rice cooker for meals at the condo. Easy access to McDonalds and ABC store across the street. We appreciated the parking included for our rental. Overall we loved having a living room and small kitchen space for our vacation.

A great place to crash.

This is the second time my family and I have stayed here. It's not big, it's not fancy but it is clean and quiet. It's a great place to wind up the day in Waikiki and get some good sleep. The pull out bed is surprisingly comfortable.

Family visit

We were surprised at how dirty the unit was when we arrived. I had to call the company after our plane landed, which was inconvenient and I have never had to do this with a VRBO before. Usually the check in information is sent by email a few days prior. When we got to the room the floors had not been cleaned The maybe just dust mopped and didn’t deep clean. So much dust, sand and hair. Hair on the kitchen table. The most disappointing part was the patio. It was covered in bird poop. It was disgusting and I requested that they please send someone to clean or send stuff for me to clean it. As I looked at the other units beside us all the way down, they were not dirty, so this is a problem that should be resolved.the patio only has two chairs and they desperately need to be replaced. At the end of a long day of traveling we were again disappointed when we went to pull out the hide a bed and it was filthy and could not be slept in. Very disappointed because we booked this room for the number of people it could sleep. It was a long 5 days. This could be a great place. Just needs to be deep cleaned and update the patio and clean it!

Wedding week

We stayed here for a week while attending the wedding of a family friend. The location was very convenient to the wedding venue. The unit was clean and was just what we needed for our one week stay. The property manager was great with communication. We also really liked the parking space that was included with the rental.

Top notch place to stay in Waikiki

Stayed for a week with my teenager. The studio apartment has been split with 3/4 wall in living room and bedroom. Great if you want to hang out in thrle living room while others sleep in the bedroom. Huge balcony. Place is fully equipped for the beach. Lots of towels provided. Unit comes with a parking spot which is super convenient. Great host..

Perfect location with everything we needed!

This was the perfect size for 2-3 people for a week or two with easy access to Waikiki or downtown! Super cute decor, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed in the kitchen so we didn't have to eat every meal out. There's a convenience store and a few places to grab food in the lobby. Pesca on the top floor is delicious, has an amazing view, and is affordable (for breakfast or lunch... dinner is $$$$). Two things that are good to know: 1. the elevators can take awhile at busy times to get up and down... a few times we had to wait 10 minutes to find one with room for us, and 2. the parking spaces are not very clearly numbered... someone else parked in our space one day... wasn't sure what to do about that but I saw a security guard who told us we could park in any space that didn't have the red "RESERVED" letters... so that is what we did part of the time. Overall it's great place and will definitely try to stay here next time we come to the island.

The Worst Vacation Rental Ever - Do no stay here!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I don't know where to begin. This rental needs to be taken off being listed until it properly updated to meet rental standards and deep cleaned. Disgusting and poorly managed.Upon arrival, the toilet broken and didn't flush. 1st time I called the property manger, I was instructed to open to toilet cover and to mess with the chain to ensure it was connected. So gross, and I am not a plumber but I was willing to look at it to get my family settled in after a full day of traveling. We just wanted to use the restroom and clean up before heading out to explore. We left to use the restroom somewhere else. The property manager went there to fix it while we were out, and when we got back we used the restroom again (family for 4) to find it still would not flush. Again, 2nd time I called the property manager and expressed my concern about the broken toilet, the condition of the rental, and the lack of cleanliness. Requested for a refund to leave and go rent somewhere else. And basically was told to take it out with VRBO and he sent me an email address to complain. Back to the toilet. 3rd time I called for him to came back because the toilet still wasn't flushing, he accused me and my family of being heavy handed on the flush and sabotaging the toilet as as excuse to get our refund. I had to leave the rental to decompress because I was so offended and hated everything about the condo and being accused of trying to break the toilet intentionally.Shower, filthy - a Mr. Clean bar would go a long way. Mildew in grout. Fire alarm/CO2 - not connected- just placed above the floating wall.Balcony - filled with bird poo, no attempt to clean or wipe it off for sanitary purposes.The list goes on and on...

First time vrbo

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good for the low price. We could not use fold out couch bed because mattress foam seemed very old. Ended up sleeping on couch. No iron so you may want to delete that in list of things available. 2 blow dryers one not working. Location is very good close to laundry trash and elevators. Plus nice to have outside patio area. Very noisy street side but we had earplugs. Location is excellent.

We love the Ilikai, it’s off the side of the Waikiki, and yet in the middle of it all. Having had stayed in this building several times, it’s our favorite. This particular unit was clean and had all of the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Good value but difficult communication

This was a cute place in a fun location with a back ramp leading down to a nice beach. The property was a little run down with some things needing repair but the price reflects that so I’d call it a decent value. Visible dirt in vents, chipped walls and a lot of bird poop on the balcony, but nothing outrageous. We had a broken microwave and couldn’t find bedding for the sleeper sofa and couldn’t get a response from our assigned property manager. I finally reached out to an alternate number and got someone who was very apologetic and was able to get a new microwave and bedding delivered the next day. Since I was without bedding for two nights, they refunded me some of my money ($100) which I thought was a fair resolution. I would stay here again because I don’t mind a few imperfections if it means I pay less than I would for an expensive hotel. Overall a good stay.

Great location- reasonable property for the price

Location was excellent. The hotel offered shops and cafe on ground level. Included parking was a bonus. Bath and kitchen were a bit dated and as clean they could be kept, otherwise living and bedroom was adequate for a small family.

Comfortable room in nice girl

The room and beds were clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for my family of 3. Location was great with many food options within walking distance. Enjoyed the beach service (umbrellas and lounges) in front of the Hale Koa, a nice walk down the beach. Included parking spot was such a bonus! Nightly entertainment at the Ilikai was wonderful, happy hour next door at The Modern was amazing, & Pesca had awesome breakfasts! Only complaint was ongoing issues with the elevators - at times even the lines for the service elevator were so backed up, we had to take the stairs up/down from the 6th floor.

Honolulu Excursion

The property is well maintained for a older building , the lobby and store area doesn't look old modernized. Location is excellent for both beach and downtown access. The condo we had all the required amenities. Free parking was a bonus.
