Superbe maison de ville en cinq points!

Maison de ville mise à jour à quelques pas des restaurants Five Points! Maison de ville a 3 chambres à coucher, 2. 5 salles de bain et 1 950 SF d'espace. La maison de ville présente des planchers de bois franc partout, des couleurs de plage amusantes et un patio arriÚre pour les repas en plein air. Le 1er étage est à aire ouverte avec salon et salle à manger ensemble. Il y a une table de salle à manger pouvant accueillir 7 personnes. La cuisine a une table haute (siÚges 4) pour des repas rapides ou le petit déjeuner. Directement sur la porte coulissante en verre est un patio avec canapé, table avec parasol et grill. Le 2Úme étage a une mezzanine avec causeuse et un endroit parfait pour lire un livre ou simplement se détendre. Cet étage a 2 chambres qui sont reliées à la salle de bain Jack & Jill (combo baignoire / douche). La chambre arriÚre a un lit superposé. En direction du 3e étage se trouve la chambre principale surdimensionnée. Cette chambre a beaucoup d'espace pour s'étendre. La salle de bain dispose d'une baignoire et d'une douche.

We had a wonderful week in Lewes! The property was great! The location was perfect for us. We could walk to the bike trail, pool and grocery store. There was plenty of room for all of us. We can't wait to visit again!

Great getaway

This was a great rental and conveniently located. The master bedroom is lovely and very spacious. We were happy with it overall but it could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly. I would definitely rent this property again.

A+ Vacation Rental!

My wife and I have been vacationing every summer for the last 10 years, and this is the best place we've stayed! The home features awesome space, large bedrooms, an updated kitchen with great cookware+, and perfect outdoor usage (grill, hose, etc.). The upstairs master suite was perfect for our youngest to nap and features tons of space. The location of the complex is wonderful, with easy access to everything you'd need including walking distance to Weis. Being able to utilize the community pool is an awesome bonus for our two kiddos. We're really impressed and will be back.

Great Home, Great Location!

Our family of 5 enjoyed a great stay at this property which was beautifully furnished and had all amenities. When we first arrived there had been a mix up that was quickly addressed by the property manager, Carl. The home is conveniently located in a development that has restaurants and Weiss supermarket within a block walking distance. We didn't get to check out the tennis courts and pool, but they were very close-by also. The home is <10 minutes from downtown Lewes and Cape Henlopen Beach. Rehobath and the outlets are also closeby. This was a perfect, much needed vacation that our family thoroughly enjoyed (after being in COVID "lockdown" for 3 months!!). Highly recommend this home. Perfect for families.

The lack of bandwidth resulted in buffering and occasional standard definition. Also, put a television in the master bedroom like nearly every household in America.

Lovely Beach-Theme, Convenient to Everything

Our family enjoyed our stay in this lovely beach-themed, three-story home that was convenient to everything - beaches, restaurants, shopping. The community pools were also very nice, especially since lifeguards were present. The property manager was responsive and attentive to our questions and needs during our stay. We look forward to visiting again!

Wonderful community

This is our second year staying in this community and the first time at this property. The townhouse was beautifully decorated and just a short walk to the pool, and only a few steps down the street from Fish On, one of our new favorites! The proximity to the bike trail is very convenient and only a short bike ride into downtown Lewes. A great stay in a wonderful community!

Great Week!

The home is beautifully decorated and everything you need for the beach is there (so save some space in your vehicle and don’t bring it!) Everything was wonderful and well communicated. We have only very minor suggestions to make it perfect: 1. The cleaners didn’t do a great job. We did need to clean when we got there to feel comfortable for the week. 2. We wish the pantry was unlocked. There is nowhere to store food, so it ended up taking up all of our counter space. Suggestion: lock the coat closet instead since that isn’t needed and allow guests to use the pantry for food storage. That’s honestly all that could improve the experience. Otherwise - truly outstanding!

Great Property!

We had a wonderful experience at this property. It was well appointed, clean and in a great location. The third floor master bedroom room was spacious and perfect for our son, his wife and their 15 month old to have their own space and a quiet place for naps. We enjoyed time on the patio and visits to the community pool. The property was close to shopping, restaurants and Cape Henlopen State Park.

Great vacation

Great house and location for a family vacation. The location was amazing with restaurants, a grocery store and 2 community pools all within waking distance. Also the beach a short drive away and we didn't have to deal with the traffic on route 1 which was great.

Fun family times

Our family had a fun and enjoyable time at this townhouse. It had everything that we needed for cooking (having a grill was nice), cleaning (used the vacuum), swimming in the community pools, walking around the beautiful grounds and on the Georgetown-Lewes trail, and convenient parking. Having the beach, Weis Market, CVS, and restaurants within a short walking or driving distance was appreciated. We brought our own sheets, bath towels, and beach towels, so we did not have to rent them. Our granddaughter loved the Operation game and the Wii. It would have been nice to have a TV in the third floor bedroom, but we knew that there was none when we booked. The booking process was fast and easy on VRBO and Carl answered any questions that we had. Thank you!

Beautiful Beachy Townhouse

We had a great stay in Lewes! This townhouse is really beautiful and beachy - you really feel like you are on vacation! The highlight was the landing on the second floor with a couch and extra TV for the kids - gaming systems included! They had lots of board games and extra touches for younger kids - ours our 6 and 9 and they LOVED it. Lots of space to spread out, kitchen amenities were plentiful, cute patio, and cozy beds. The proximity to the pool and restaurants is awesome. We easily walked to Weis and CVS. We'd stay here again! Thank you for a great week!

Wonderful townhouse!

This is a fantastic rental! It's has up-to-date furnishings, is beautifully decorated and has so many nice touches. The kids loved the bunk room with a coloring/reading space and fun night lights. We enjoyed the clean and uncluttered space. The only drawback is that the unit is on a somewhat busy street at the entrance of Five Point. Just keep that in mind with little kids. I highly recommend staying here. We would rent here again!

Nicely decorated and with lots of room for family and friends to gather together or have privacy if preferred. Within only a few miles of Rehoboth which makes it easy access to anything you want to do or need.

Great Property!

My family had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home! Everything was very clean and updated! The outside was a special treat. The only thing I would suggest would be to add a TV in the bedrooms. When you have multiple age groups, a TV would in each bedroom would have been beneficial, however, it would not stop me from renting this property again! In addition, the Property Manager was wonderful with answering all my questions and being on top of everything. Highly recommend staying here!
