Great for summer retreat to rehobeth beach , we got unlucky with jellyfish at the beach so we were lucky that the house has so many amenities to make our week stay enjoyable, able to crab , fishing , kayaking , paddle boarding, and had all the kitchen to cook dinners all week. Great place!

One of the best rentals we ever had. Location is perfect, right on the water. Everything is provided in the home. Had a few small issues and could not get ahold of the owner, but that was minor. Will definitely rent again!

The house was very clean. The location on the Bay was so peaceful, we loved having coffee there in the morning. Our family kayaked, which the house has 3 kayaks but we also brought our own so we could all go together. It was a 15-20 min drive to the state beach which was a 20 parking fee for the day. Our family chose to go to the Indian river inlet beach, which had bathroom facilities and we had no issue with crowds or parking in August when we were there. The beds were fine and there was plenty of closet space. Central air , good water pressure. We would definitely stay here again. We had good communication with the property owner. My family really enjoyed the week there.

I was confused by the initial bill of 310. for 5 nights and the receipt of 510 for 5 nights. This is my first time doing this 2 of our family (5 people)who would have shared the expense couldn’t make it last minute. Made my final expense hard, but the house was wonderfully peaceful and the time much needed relaxation and I learned about ‘dimmers’…

We stayed here for my mother’s 70th birthday celebration and it was wonderful. They had everything that you would want like bikes, kayaks, great location, games, kitchen essentials, etc. Our host was very kind and communicative. Definitely would recommend

We had a great relaxing week with family in this immaculate home. Everything and more was there to make your stay pleasant. The neighborhood was peaceful and nice for biking riding w the kids.

What a lovely location and view! Very clean and good communication with our host,Gina when the dishwasher didn't work. She had a new one installed The house is so well shocked with anything you could need. Thamks Gina, we want to ce back next year!

A wonderful stay at Gina's house

it's our third year staying at Gina's place on the bay. The crabbing was great, we used the dock for a few boat trips, had hors d'oeuvres on the back deck, played lots of ping pong and enjoyed family dinners at the dining table. Thanks Gina!!

Terrific House

The house is right on Rehoboth Bay with a private dock, kayaks, bikes crab traps and a great view. The place is spacious, well appointed and comfortable. Gina is easy to work with very friendly. There are many good places to eat in the area and a few excellent state parks. We had a wonderful stay.

This property is very peaceful and quiet . This is our 2nd time staying for a week and we enjoyed the house very much. they have many things that are useful in the house like crab pots and fishing poles and kayaks. The kitchen has every thing we needed to. Easy access to the beach with a short drive away and the town of Rehoboth.I would definitely recommend .

What a great place to stay! The location is great, as we were able to get to Rehoboth Boardwalk, Dewey Beach, and Tower Beach in very little time. The pictures of the house online do not do it justice. It is well-maintained and provides everything you need, including linens and towels. It's not the upscale and up-to-date house you'd find with newer construction - but it is spacious, and the view of the bay is amazing! The host kept us informed about the trip and did everything to make the stay amazing!
