La maison spacieuse récemment rénovée de 3400 pieds carrés deviendra votre magnifique maison. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 18 personnes avec de nouveaux lits, matelas, laveuse / sécheuse, plancher de bois franc et plus encore. Chambre en bas pour personnes âgées. Il est parfait pour une escapade en famille dans la région métropolitaine de Portland. Situé au centre de Beaverton, près de l'autoroute 26, à distance de marche de Nike et d'Intel à proximité. Juste à côté d'un groupe de parcs pour la randonnée, le vélo et plus encore! À distance de marche des supermarchés (Fred Meyer, Costco) et des chaînes de restaurants.

Il s'agit d'une spacieuse maison à deux niveaux avec cinq chambres à l'étage et une chambre au rez-de-chaussée avec canapé-lit pour les personnes âgées qui ne veulent pas monter les escaliers, ainsi que de nombreux espaces communs. La maison est sur un terrain d'angle dans un quartier animé.

Cette oasis avec accès à la route arrière dispose d'une pelouse tentaculaire, d'un paysage mature et de beaucoup d'espace pour vous tous. Absolument calme tout autour de la maison. Vous apprécierez la vie à la campagne au centre de la ville!

Il y a un accès WiFi Xfinity haut débit illimité dans toute la maison. Vous apprécierez les chaînes Comcast 140+ avec un nouveau téléviseur intelligent Samsung 4K 65 ". Vous pouvez également regarder les médias en ligne avec ce téléviseur.

La chaleur est fournie par le gaz naturel à air forcé central avec un filtre à air de qualité HEPA et une filtration des odeurs de charbon actif. Cette maison est également climatisée centrale.

Les clients ont accès à toute la maison mais pas au garage. Les clients peuvent garer au moins 4 voitures dans la très grande allée en béton devant le garage. Vous pourrez également vous garer dans la rue du quartier. Mais pas de parking pour VR dans la rue du quartier et dans l'allée privée.

There was ample space for our group of mostly adults and 2 babies. Plenty of towels, linens, pillows, blankets, etc and big comfy couches to hang out in. The kitchen is well equipped too! Great place for a big group.

Excellent Location

This is a great property with lots of space. Our family loved all the rooms and location. We were in town for a family wedding and we were able to host dinner 1 night with the whole family. The house was warm and welcoming. It made us all feel "at home" We look forward to going back.

Lovely retreat in a quiet part of Beaverton

We stayed in the house for an overnight family dinner and gathering. There was oodles of space for us, and my little one loves running around in the tiny grove of apple trees. The house was extremely clean when we checked in, check in was very simple, and the host was quick and responsive to message, enabling a very handy early check in.

Great Location and House

Great location in Portland, 1/2 mile from Nike Headquarters with plenty of resturant options near by. We visited Portland on an annual golf trip with my buddies. If you are planning a golf trip with friends, this is a great house with plenty of bedrooms and beds that slept 8 players comfortably. The property owner was also great to work with and made it a point to check in with us throughout our stay making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this house - great experience.

There was plenty of space in the home. The owner was kind and responded in a timely manner. Beds were comfy. I do recommend new bath towels bc they have the mildew smell after one use. Perfect location for us!

Clean and comfortable

The house was as advertised. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood, with ample parking. The hardwood floors throughout the house were beautiful, but did lend to a bit of noise as people moved around the house. I would absolutely stay again though. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were well stocked, and the kitchen was equipped with all the necessary items for almost any type of meal prep. Beautiful home!

Very nice for a family get together

Spacious and great for families! Lots of room for our group of 12. Fully stocked kitchen was great. Cleaned before we arrived. Many extra chairs that can be pulled out to use. Beds were good and many towels / extra blankets / pillows. Lovely quiet neighborhood but close to lots of restaurants and Fred Meyer. One suggestion: I think it would be helpful to remove “hot tub” as a feature because it makes one think there is an outside hot tub instead of a jacuzzi in the master bath.

Family get together at NW Weible Way

It was a good size house for 12 people. Rooms and bathrooms in the second floor were all very nice. Wish there was a shower in the first floor since my husband and I are both 86 yrs. old it would have been very convenient and safer, a clothes rack in the 1st floor would have helped also. The area is peaceful and the neighbors very friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Reservation during a snowstorm

It was a beautiful home; I would say that the main sofa and main leaving room table could use some modifications. Our reservation landed on the dates that we had a snowstorm here in Oregon this 2024, therefore majority of the people were not able to make it. I wish the homeowner or vrbo could have been more flexible in providing a full or at least partial refund when severe weather circumstances occur or to allow people to move the reservation to another date.

Beautiful property

We had 17 people ranging in ages from 5-78 staying here. The property was perfect size to accommodate our needs. It is located at the end of the street which is nice for extra parking needs. At one point we had 7 vehicles parked outside (3 in the driveway and 4 in front of the home). The home does carry sound so beware if you have sensitive sleepers. Also, I’m not sure that the 4 hours between guests check out and check in time is enough to adequately clean a home of this size as we found pills on the floor, empty boxes outside, and overflowing trash cans outside upon arriving. The rest of the house was very clean. The backyard has a beautiful sitting area and we enjoyed our stay here very much.

Everything was well stocked- We brought items with us, so I'd update that you have a Keurig coffee maker, and some other specifics! You offer so much- be detailed because I think that only adds to the listing :) For those reading this, the house is stocked incredibly well! You likely don't need to bring anything! I super appreciated being able to call early in the morning to get the breaker situation handled. He was lovely at 6:30am, and a fix was provided. I'm not sure that I would say there are two twin beds in the larger room upstairs- they are fold out trundle deals, not beds. Just be aware of that when you book if you need someone to have a more comfortable space.For a larger group, this house was phenomenal. We could not have asked for a better location to EVERYTHING- grocery, shopping, pool, recreation, and so much more. We hope to snag this house again in the future :)

Fantastic family reunion

We used this house for our small family reunion and bday gathering. It was PERFECT! Just as advertised— clean, spacious, bright and welcoming. Great yard out back for kids to run around/play. Nice covered porch with grill. The kitchen was well-equipped, the furniture was comfortable and accompanied our large group well. The bedroom downstairs is more of a day room— and worked well as a temporary office space for us. The owners talked with us beforehand to make sure our gathering would not be too loud/disruptive for the neighbors. They were very reasonable and understanding— it’s is a small neighborhood. We also appreciated the signs posted throughout clarifying rules about not smoking on the property, where to park, and the check out expectations. The only issue we really had was that the trash and recycling bins were totally full when we checked in, which was a little frustrating considering we had paid extra for trash due to having our gathering there. Overall, this was really the perfect house for our family and met our needs.
