"The Luxury House is a huge home filled with many comfortable spaces. Few walking minutes away from Powell Butte Park as the "backyard" of this home. Close to the freeway , about 25 minutes from downtown Portland and an hour to the Gorge. A huge deck offers beautiful forested and relaxing views. Home includes many extra amenities and a game area on the upper level. Come and stay in the beautiful Luxury home.

B.1. Provide rental arrangements limited to single ASTR group only, with a maximum of 2 guests per legal bedroom at any one time, regardless of age. If the maximum number of five (5) bedrooms are rented, ASTR group size is limited to ten (10) people.

Beautiful house, description needs to mention basement apartment

The house was as described, except that the description does not mention the basement apartment, which was occupied when we arrived. This should be included in the information provided to guests as it might affect their stay. Also, many of the games shown in the ad (pingpong, foosball, etc) are in an unheated garage, which would be fine in the summer but is uncomfortable during the winter. Otherwise, though, this is a large and well furnished home, near a lovely park, and there is plenty of room for a family or other group traveling together. Most importantly, the host was extremely responsive to our communications and was very friendly, which we appreciated.

Perfect spot for our family Thanksgiving

We really enjoyed this property. We had one issue with the Internet and the owner had it taken care of within minutes. Everything was tidy and clean and as advertised. Maybe for other families, we’d recommend bringing some of your own boardgames, but otherwise absolutely nothing to suggest.

This home is just as described in the listing. It is very large with plenty of room. Comfortable furnishings and the kitchen has all the appliances you need. The hot tub was clean and easy to use and we really enjoyed the large deck in the backyard.

A great place for a family get-together

We were attending a wedding in Portland and so the location was perfect for the whole family. We stayed an extra week to see Portland. House was roomy, lots of space for everyone, well equipped, and Yuriy was a great host, responding quickly to any questions or concerns. The hot tub, pool table, ping-pong, and foosball were great fun for everyone!

Christmas House

We usually stay in Sunriver but had to adjust this year. I was pleasantly surprised by the house especially in the area of town it was on. Plenty of room and lots of amenities . As it was Christmas, I asked that it be decorated and it was . That was a wonderful touch. If you have a large group and need room, this is the house to book.

Good value.

Overall a good value and nice house with plenty of room and amenities. Host was very responsive. The only item we noticed was the location is within a few miles of some homeless areas, but there were no real negative interactions so not too big of a deal.

PK85 Basketball Tournament

House was amazing, we had 17 people in our group and the house fit all our needs and expectations. Having the pool table, ping pong, air hockey and foosball were wonderdul for all of us. Would definitely recommend this property. One side note, google maps will try and send you to the wrong side of the property, that was the only problem anyone had and it has NOTHING to do with the hosts, just want to be helpful to future renters getting there. Thank you to our hosts for an amazing stay.

Portland Getaway

We loved this house! The location was fabulous—far enough to be out of Portland but close enough to travel in for sightseeing. Plenty of room for our extended family to stay in comfortably. The land around the house felt like wilderness, even though it was in a neighborhood.

Awesome house!

Everything was exactly as listed. We had plenty of room. The hot tub was awesome after a long day exploring the city. GPS doesn’t take you the right way so don’t count on your gps. After we figured out the correct way the house was easy to get to. Lots of parking. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. House is big and beautiful!

Stay in beautiful Vrbo house

It is a beautiful house big enough for my family to stay while holding a memorial service for my husband. They allowed us to have a luncheon gathering on Saturday for visiting family and friends.

A great place for a large family gathering

Great house. Very spacious and well-equipped. It's commendable that all the games were in good working order; we took extra ping pong balls just in case, but didn't need them. The long downhill driveway could have been a problem during the snowstorm, but the snow shovel and bag of salt took care of that. The only downside was the surprise that the basement area (two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen) was not available. The website showed a floorplan of that level and the room descriptions did not mention that they were only available upon request. Thankfully we did not need them, but somebody else could easily be surprised. There was a note and lockbox on the door to that area, but you had to call the owner for the code. Since we didn't need the space, I don't know if there was an extra charge. All in all, a great place.

Thanksgiving reunion

Our extended family all got together for thanksgiving this year- talk about a great kitchen space to cook in. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, easy access to trails at Powell Butte, quiet neighborhood, plus deer showed up in the backyard on the first day! Would definitely come back to this house in the future. Very quick responses from the owner to our questions.

A wonderfully large house in a conveniently urban location.

Our family came together (21 of us) for a family reunion, and with all the amenities offered, it was hard not to find something to do in our downtime! The 7 different rooms made it possible to house all groupings of families easily, the large open kitchen made each meal a family affair (as wanted!!), the deck was perfect for eating since we were using the dining room table for puzzles and games, and we saw a mama deer with her two fawns several times during the week... in fact, one morning we saw the fawns dancing and prancing and playing while many of our family watched in delight and joy from the windows of the house! So wonderful!!

Family Reunion Fun

We had family in from the Midwest to check out the PNW and connect after a year apart. This house was the Perfect fit for our family! It had plenty of space, however the listing said 7 bedrooms, but we only counted 6 bedrooms. We assumed the 7th bedroom must have been the "pool table" room, that is off of another bedroom upstairs because it has a hide-a-bed in it. That was a little confusing. But, it actually worked out very well for my brother and his family to have their 3 children in those two areas with a Queen bed and two couch hide-a-beds. Maybe just tweaking the listing to explain that would be helpful. We were given the house key code and Wifi password the morning we were to arrive. When we arrived and selected our rooms, we did come across a dirty cup, containing some food and two spoons left up in the pool table room and someone left some clothes in the dresser in one of the rooms. But, for the most part everything else was clean and tidy. The house had many amenities that made our stay very enjoyable! We had a family "Olympic" tournament with a double elimination brackets because the house offered the pool table, foosball, air hockey and ping pong! The hot tub was a Plus for the adults to enjoy in the evening! There were also some children toys available for the toddlers that were with us and they loved it! There was a very nice large deck out back with a large BBQ grill and plenty of seating for all! The neighborhood was quiet and one neighbor even came by to let us know and apologize that they were trimming a tree the next day and may cause some noise in the morning. It turned out not to be a disturbance at all! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and the house fit our needs perfect. It was in the middle to explore the beach one day and the Gorge and Mt. Hood another day! I would recommend this house especially if you're looking for a place for a large family gathering to stay in one place!

Fantastic mansion!

This is a really beautiful, well appointed, and lavishly furnished huge house. Our friend's reunion had a wonderful time. Lots of privacy and rooms. The host was very fast at answering questions. I will definitely rent this again.

Beautiful and spacious home for family/friends gatherings/vacation

This is first time I have booked a house from Vrbo and had a great experience from the host. The house was super clean and very well arranged. We had great fun indoor and outdoor and the space is huge for a family gathering. House if fully equipped with kitchen needs, games, furniture's etc. I would definitely recommend this house to anybody. The host responded to all our queries immediately and made sure we had great time at their place.
