Phenomenal rental. Very spacious. The trails are well maintained. The pond is well stocked. The hot tub is perfectly placed. Beautiful photo ops. Stores are only a 10 minute drive, so going to grab supplies is too easy. Definitely bring sunscreen and the highest deet bug spray you can find. The host replied in minutes when I had questions and was very helpful. We didn't bring our dog, but there's a fenced in dog area that is perfect if you have runners. This isn't a personal location, so expect to bring/buy EVERYTHING: seasonings( as simple as salt and pepper), lighters for the fire, foil/plastic wrap, descent trash bags because the ones provided rip just by looking at them. Beware of the black and white hornets that are burrowing in the side of the house. Overall, I think this location has been our family's favorite spot.

Extended Weekend Stay

Very well kept accommodations in a quiet country setting, but close to all Canandaigua has to offer. The partially fenced yard was perfect for our dog.

A house we'd want to own

Loved the woodwork in the home and how clean it was. We enjoyed the different types of rooms in the house, and of course the hot tub that was already hot when we arrived. Our family also got out for a hike on the property. Wonderful stay!

Great house in the NY Finger Lakes

The house was exactly as advertised , it was clean and well equipped for our families week stay there. The property has lots to keep kids entertained with the ponds for fishing and the hiking trails behind the house. The house is well located and is only 10 mins from the Lake, wineries and breweries as well as the town for supplies . Highly recommended property for a family getaway

Great stay!

We had a great stay! House was just as advertised and exactly what we were looking for! Only negative is that there was a problem with the half bathroom upon arrival. I did email the management company to let them know and never got a response. It was not urgent as there was another bathroom and therefore did not really impact our stay. Would recommend this property!

Harmony Hill

Beautiful property, beautiful views, lovely home! Close to many attractions in the Finger lakes. Wifi was great also! The only suggestion I have would be to tell folks that you have to carry all your gear up a lot of steps to enter. My husband and I are in our 70's and we had a hard time carting cooler, food supplies, etc. up the stairs. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Beautiful cabin with room to roam

We had a great experience at Harmony Hill. The house was well stocked with all of the cooking utensils and dishes you need, as well as a regular coffee maker and a Keurig. The property is very private with trails to hike and we loved the dog pen area out back for our two dogs. We were only 10 minutes from town and discovered that Instacart would deliver our groceries there so we had groceries delivered shortly after arrival. The air conditioning wasn't working the first night we were there but they sent someone right out to fix it as soon as we called to notify them. The board games were a nice touch as our kids enjoyed playing them. We will definitely book this property again in the future!

Harmony Hill Visit

The property and home are beautiful! There were some issues with the cleanliness. The kitchen sink and bathroom sinks and tub needed to be scrubbed with cleaners. The water in the tub was not going down so we had to remove a very large clump of hair . I found several bags to dog waste tucked in the flower beds . The previous guest must have left behind. These were minor annoyances and I mention them because such a quality property should shine . I would stay there again without hesitation.

First, I would like to say Harmony Hill was a nice place to stay. It had ample room for the five of us and the place seemed relatively clean. I would have given it a higher rating, but a few things need to be done to improve the experience. When we got there, we had a difficult time finding the house because the mailbox had no number on it or was worn so badly you couldn't read it. We went up and down the road several times before realizing the correct location. There are stairs to reach the front door and the back door. That, in itself is fine, but naturally you chose the front door. There was no keypad there. Then we went to the garage door and no keypad. Finally, we went to the back door and that was where the keypad was. I don't remember reading in the email receiving any instructions of which door to use. We were eager to test the hot tub, but on inspection, someone had left the cover half open and there were bugs in it. Although we didn't like it, we scooped out the bugs and turned it on to warm it up. We were looking forward to using it on Saturday. Saturday we were gone all day, so it was a surprise when we got back and ready to try the hot tub that we noticed it was a new hot tub. It was a nice surprise until we saw it had no water in it and the digital screen was not turned on. We contacted Premier and they said it was not a priority so they would not be sending anyone out being a Saturday. Not enough characters to write everything here so I will calling Premier.

Thank you for your stay and for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you found the home spacious and comfortable for your group. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with the hot tub. A replacement hot tub was scheduled to be installed before your arrival, but an unexpected delay in the installation process left the new unit unfilled and unavailable during your stay. We understand how disappointing this was and appreciate your patience while we worked through the situation. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to the Finger Lakes in the future.

Restful and peaceful and fun!

Harmony Hill was a very nice place to relax, enjoy the Finger Lakes region, and build great memories as a family. The location is very quiet, within ten minutes to downtown Canandaigua, and is a restful place with room to spread out and enjoy time alone or gather as a family. Indoors and outdoors are enjoyable, and the pond had some great fishing! Indoors is decorated very nice with some very attractive woodwork. We had a great time here! The reason for the 4 star overall rating is as follows. With a few improvements and attention to a few details, this home would be top of the line. One, the kitchen inventory is a bit spotty. Basics are there (silverware, plates, mugs, etc); however, we found the cookware and storage items lacking in order and inventory. Secondly, there are no ceiling fans. This is seen in the pictures, and while the AC kept the place cool, we ran the box fans throughout our stay in the bedrooms. Additionally, the comforters on the bed were for winter and were a bit much for summer. Lastly, and this isn't a big deal, but would be nice to have - no dressers in the bedrooms. You are living out of your suitcase. None of these items are a reason not to stay at this home. It is a lovely location and very comfortable. Just preference and perhaps a bit of creature comforts.
