We had a great time staying at the Friends & Family Farmhouse! So clean and well appointed! We sat outside one night and had a good view of the stars, we liked hearing the Amish buggies going by, really a perfect spot for us! Thank you!!

This house is wonderful. A group of friends stayed here over a long weekend, and we loved it. The house is extremely clean and well maintained. It was fully stocked with anything you could possible need. The hosts were very communicative.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Farmhouse! We have stayed at other vacation rentals but none were as comfy, clean or as well equipped with everything you could need. The gazebo and fire were great on those cooler nights and we spent a lot of time playing cards and reminiscing in the made over garage. We would definitely stay again!

Came here for a girls trip weekend! This was an amazing house and find! It was super clean, and honestly - such a vibe! The sun room and backyard were our favorite parts. The host was super friendly and very responsive with any questions I had. Such an incredible stay, and would DEFINITELY stay here again!

We had an excellent stay in this beautiful home. There was plenty of room for the adults to spread out and the 3 kids really enjoyed running and playing in the large back yard. If we are ever in the area again we will stay here

Beautiful house and property with plenty of space indoor and out. The house is very well stocked and great location to lots of different things while being secluded. We would stay here again! The only downside is that one of the "bedrooms" is just a bed in the hallway.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was at the friends and family farmhouse. The home is immaculate and so well thought out. Not a single detail was spared. The pictures online do not do it justice. The outdoor space is perfect as well. Highly recommend without a single reservation.

Our stay was incredible — the property is clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the plentiful amenities, and it felt like the house had everything we would need for cooking, etc. The location is very convenient to Geneva.

The house is amazing and has everything you need-the kitchen is well stocked. It’s in a nice quiet area where you can enjoy the hot tub and fire pits but still close enough to do winery tours! The owners were quick to respond to questions and we really enjoyed our stay-Thank you very much!

Fantastic friend and family farmhouse

The house was decorated gorgeously. The ensure property was maintained and manicured to perfection. House was stocked with plenty of linens, towels, blankets, pillows, soaps, more than enough for the group of 14. The finished garage made for the perfect place to hangout while the weather wasn’t ideal for outdoor activities. Lots of space for everyone to have a place to sit and relax. Great quiet location to allow for activities outdoors without risk of disturbing neighboring properties before quiet hours. Host was incredible and answered all questions promptly. Recommend to big groups of adults or families and children!
