The house has everything you need! It is very clean & the beds are very comfortable. The house was perfect for our mom’s getaway but would be great for a family.

Our stay was great. The house is setup with everything you could need storm towels for the hot tub to kitchen utensils and appliances. Beds were very comfy and the couch setups are great for hanging out / group gatherings. The hosts are very nice and welcoming.

We had an excellent stay in this beautiful home. There was plenty of room for the adults to spread out and the 3 kids really enjoyed running and playing in the large back yard. If we are ever in the area again we will stay here

Our stay was incredible — the property is clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the plentiful amenities, and it felt like the house had everything we would need for cooking, etc. The location is very convenient to Geneva.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Farmhouse! We have stayed at other vacation rentals but none were as comfy, clean or as well equipped with everything you could need. The gazebo and fire were great on those cooler nights and we spent a lot of time playing cards and reminiscing in the made over garage. We would definitely stay again!

The house is amazing and has everything you need-the kitchen is well stocked. It’s in a nice quiet area where you can enjoy the hot tub and fire pits but still close enough to do winery tours! The owners were quick to respond to questions and we really enjoyed our stay-Thank you very much!

Came here for a girls trip weekend! This was an amazing house and find! It was super clean, and honestly - such a vibe! The sun room and backyard were our favorite parts. Great getaway for family

This house was amazing, it had everything you needed, enough room for all of us 14 in total, lots of kids games , lots of outside room, beautiful peacefull setting, very very cleans and the hosts were wonderful !
